Small town place we stopped at during a rode trip. We were greeted immediately once we entered, coffee came out hot and fresh immediately. Nice Rustic design, fun atmosphere. Food was amazing; service was amazing. A must stop.

This place was absolutely so cute and quaint!! I wish I had gotten some pictures of the food because it was so delicious! I came into town to visit with family and we were in the Franklin area and we decided on Fred’s and let me tell ya it wasn’t a bad decision. The food was great and the atmosphere was great and our waitress was an absolute menace. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Franklin it’s very cute!! I will be back again!!

Fred Fred Fred oh my goodness. Just passing through town because my son had court so we wanted to come to a town diner so I looked places up and Fred’s was first on the list. We really didn’t know what to expect being this was our first time coming here. But LAWD was this place so good. Service was A1 food came out fast and hot and the portions were great. Everything and I mean everything was good. I scrapped the plate clean and so did my son. The prices were great as well too. Definitely will come back here again and again. A+++++++

The best atmosphere in Franklin. People are personable and customer oriented. Dave is the owner and a great guy, too. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. Our coffee cups were topped off regularly. Dinner menu looks great, too. Coming back for that soon!

Delicious food and friendly staff. They were quite busy since it was a Saturday morning, however service was very reasonable. The prices are outstanding and the food is delicious. They even have a breakfast buffet. On the way out I also discovered that they have a beautiful patio. It wasn’t open in November, but this is the first place I’m taking my very picky parents when they visit next spring. Go support this family business. You won’t be disappointed.

We stopped here on our way through town. Staff were polite and friendly. Really good low prices! I had the hot roast beef with mash potatoes and gravy. It had great flavor, the roast beef had a fair amount of fat. My husband had the hamburger steak. It was very good! The mashed potatoes were really creamy, the gravy needed a little more seasoning.
