1st visit. They have more options than Chipotle or Qudoba, 2 types of rice and lot of different salsa/hot sauces. The Spicy Tomatilla is really good. Everything looks incredibly fresh and is flavorful. The guac is extta chunky, just the way I like it. I’ll come back.

Absolutely delicious and they give you very generous servings! I like this place much better than chipotle. Plus the customer service we experienced was top of the line. I ordered the brisket Nachos!! Nachos are the way to go! It was so big, 2 people can probably share it!

Went in to try and see how I compares to chipotle and Moe’s as those are the other main burrito/Mexican fast food places I go to. I usually get a salad at Chipotle and nachos at Moe’s so wanted to try the nachos out. The chicken had good flavor and their ingredients seem to be fresh. Have a few things that tainted my experience. Getting $1.50 extra charge (they told me it would be a bit extra but was thinking more at like $.50) for shredded cheese which I haven’t at Moe’s, the queso while ok was a bit thick for nachos, and I feel like the salsas are a bit bland. So all in all was an ok experience but at $12 for nachos and drink I’ll not be back for them.

Great food as expected. I learned about Freebirds back in 2010 and have visited a few since then. My favorite is the cilantro rice that I personally think is better than Chipotle. This location in specific is a bit hard to access during peak times; 11-1 and 4-6 because of the traffic. It’s right on the corner by the mall. Aside from that, great experience and great food!

Sorry for the nasty photo. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was very undercooked and pink. I tried a few different pieces of it and it wasn’t just one piece. This was my first time eating there—safe to say I won’t be back!

I’m sitting here now. Why did I pass chipotle? Why? My room mate wanted to try it. “Hey man I’ll try Anything once!” – me an hour ago. I got a basic chicken black bean and rice burrito with “fresh salsa.” Yeah, the salsa was horrible. The chicken had a bone/hard cartilage in it. I had to stop half way in. The decor just made things worse. They literally have the words “it’s not normal on the wall.” They ought to change it to “it’s not good” or “it’s not edible.” Go to chipotle. Continue to appreciate burrito places.
