Close down this location or get a new staff and start from scratch. Everything is dirty, food is tasteless and cold, mobile orders forgotten about. Paid one last visit because I much prefer Freebirds steak to Chipotles when it’s made the right way and my whole bowl went straight into the garbage. Reading other reviews everyone seems to agree on this: THIS FREEBIRDS LOCATION IS A GOOD WAY TO WASTE $15 IF YOU HAVE MONEY LYING AROUND EAGER TO BE THROWN AWAY!!

Decent place, first time I went the order was almost perfect. After that I have gone 3 more times and there is always an issue with my order. Arrived 10 minutes late per schedule, the employee tells me they’re working on it. I looked at the line and there was nobody there and there were 3 employee just standing and talking. Evidently, they still gave me the wrong order which I noticed when I got home. I would suggest better management for quality service??

I was there for my first time two days ago. I asked the girl that it was my first time and why did she recommend dad and I look at the prize, reasonable similar to chipotle and then I made my two orders, and to my surprise when the title came out, the girls hair oh yeah because some items are extra even though I did ask her I want a burrito that comes with whatever comes based on that price she didn’t share all their items there. I have extra price AnyWho. I ordered a steak. My husband said it was good flavor. I had the green chili pork they were running out of food. I asked the girl if she could put some sauce in kind of rude. She said I can’t because I don’t have the utensils necessary. All she could’ve gotten was go get a spoon in the kitchen and just put more juice since it was almost the end of the Bucket would I go back NO they’re over price for two burritos one bag of little chips $34.

I was hesitant to try this new restaurant out, but I would say that it was well worth it! First let me start by saying I worked in a restaurant for over 15 years in my younger days, so I’m not the easiest of customers! Honestly this is the BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! She was absolutely amazing!! Knew all of the items ingredients, & if she didn’t she went to ask. The appetizer Ahi Tuna was wonderfully flavored. I would have liked it to pan seared but it wasn’t. I ordered the FreshLime Seasoned Salmon with a side of Lobster Fondu. The fondu made this plate over the top! The steamed veggies were so soft but slightly crunchy which was great as well! But let me tell you! If you like Au Gratin Potatoes…….oh boy you don’t want to miss these! Lastly, I ordered the Crème Brûlée cheesecake and it was average. The texture was on point,but the flavor was a little bland. I also just for tasting purposes ordered the Lemon 5 Layer Cake to go. Let me say this was pure delicacy! It was served with a real blueberry topping that was phenomenal! I must say even if I wasn’t hungry I would order the appetizer and desserts to go! You won’t want to pass those up! Enjoy!❤️

Wow.. imagine coming here for your birthday freebie and excited for your birthday just for the workers to be rude the moment you walk in.. they all seemed very annoyed. No one asked was it for here or to go.. they all assumed it was to dine in. Then when I said can we get it to go. She rolled her eyes and had the worst attitude. Ewww I got my freebie and I got two other meals. I never wanna return here again.

First time ordering food on the app for pick up. Estimate time would be 10 minutes to be ready. Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes for the employees to give my food when it was sitting on there area for who knows how long. Apparently they miscommunicated and not realize that I was there waiting for my food when one of the employees told me that they were working on it 30 minutes ago. What a waist of my time. I’m going to chipotle next time!

Freebirds is a chipotle but worse. There trays are disgusting and not clean and there are roaches and crickets everywhere you look. This establishment is less than chipotle and to even think they could be considered like chipotle is a joke. Chipotle is clean and a much warmer environment that feels welcoming. There food you can’t even really taste what’s inside besides maybe things you don’t want that’s not even supposed to be there. What’s the point in eating here if you can’t even taste what you’ve bought? This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever had to stand in and I regret how kind I tried to be despite my working environments and the workers that wipe There gloves or bare hands and I have only seen workers wash There hands once or not at all. And I haven’t seen anyone wipe chairs down besides the high chairs because someone had to tell them too. And they are 2-sided by saying there better or the best but only because there’s an egotistical worker.
