Usually come here at least twice a week to get togo food. Have been here many times while holding my dog as I don’t want to leave him in a hot car. Today on September 3rd 2023 (around 2:30-3:30pm) I get this new person who I have never seen in front of house before tell me I cant have my dog with me in hand. (What do you guys do if someone has a service dog??) Its never been a problem before even many times I would have conversations with manager even while holding dog.

Always great food! You must be aware of what you are ordering. The price on the menu will vary about time you get to the register. My $9.99 burrito was $14.00 somehow. I call it the Walmart price maneuver, see a price, pay a different price than the one you thought you were going to pay. If something cost extra, say so don’t just assume we know. As I said in the beginning the food is fantastic and a massive burrito. I just don’t like beginning tricked.

Not the worst burrito I have had but close. I had my first freebird burrito over 20 Years ago and enjoyed many since. This location needs to be shut down and/or freebird name removed from it. Picked up two burritos to go on evening of 9/3, the rice was was the main problem but overall very disappointing.

I don’t not advise eating here. My daughter and I came in to grab some food and discover that they had mouse poop on the counters and on the floor. Tried to get the manager’s attention so we could point it out to them and so they could clean it up. Instead of even listening to what we had to say she completely blew it off and repeatedly said “If it’s what I think it is we’re having it taken care of”. So, you just leave it there so it can contaminate the food? You leave it so my daughter can put her hands on it? You literally just leave mouse feces sitting on the a counter where you handle and serve food??? That’s absolutely disgusting and the manager’s attitude was some how even worse than the cleanliness. Pathetic!

I was a longtime customer at MV but had been ordering more from Stableside because of the inconsistent ‘take-out’ services from MV. I finally decided to order pickup from MV again as it was closer to me. I was told it would be ready for pickup at 6:56pm. I got there 3 minutes late but ended up not getting it till 32 minutes later. There were 6 other folks waiting to pickup too. Two initially when I got there but it grew to six. Normally I don’t mind orders being late as unexpected things do happen. However, when I initially got there, it just seemed as though workers were just standing around. No urgency and so thought maybe they were out of certain ingredients but that wasn’t the case as folks coming in to order were being served and left. I also ordered a monster burrito but only got a standard burrito but I just wanted to leave at this point. The tacos were also on the small side. Sadly, I will stick back to Stableside.

What happened to this company? Ordered a salad with steak (extra meat). The steak is grey and looks like they chewed it up first before putting it back in the bowl. Extremely mushy and honestly looks like it was cooked in a microwave.
