The guy that greeded me gave me a thorough explanation of the menu and was not annoyed by me asking alot of questions. The ingredients looked fresh and the portions are great vs what chipotle does. definitely coming back! By the way i got a Monster Burrito and a bowl so that you all know it came out to be around 20 bucks but every single dollar was worth it

The freshness and excellent taste of the food definitely stands out. I got the monster bowl and my dad got a burrito with chips and queso. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back for another bowl. I also went another time and tried the a regular sized bowl vegetarian bowl and it was delicious. The employees are soooo nice!

Visited for a meal and the meat is now cooked medium well. Asked for it to be cooked well and they refused stating its now the “standard”. Previous workers have cooked it well and they stated they are no longer working there bc they are doing things weren’t supposed to. Taking business elsewhere where you don’t have to risk food borne illness because they refuse to fully cook their meat.

So this was our 2nd time eating at the chain of restaurants. Thought we understood how it worked, but apparently, we didn’t. Got what we thought was a $11 monster burrito yet paid $18 for it. The guy who fixed it didn’t advertise or ask if we knew we were getting extras. I thought it was all included because he asked if we wanted it. I’m not at all happy with the experience. We were just getting 1 to split. We paid for more than 2! Horrible experience.

I ordered nachos, but I should’ve just ended up ordering chips and dip. I ordered through Uber eats, and when I received it, I had a big platter of chips and refried beans. The queso was in a small cup on the side. When you’re in person, they at least will drizzle the queso over the chips for you. This amount that they provide in the small cup is the same size as if you order the chips and dip side. Not worth the money. When I called to mention this to them, the person I spoke to was very attitudinal and did not seem to care that I was not satisfied with how my food was prepared. Will not be returning. Would have liked to post a picture of a reference but no option.
