First time eating Freebirds and I have to say it was an absolute disappointment. Food was terrible! I paid over $100 for 5 people and it was a complete waste of money. I ordered steak and not only was it undercooked, but 60% of it was literally just fat cut into pieces (see pic). With all the burrito and Mexican restaurant competition, you would think a restaurant would want to stand out from the others and actually serve great tasting food, regardless if it’s fast food, sit down or whatever. The chips and queso was good but that was about it. I really was hoping for way better quality.

We came by for National burrito day and had a great experience. Short wait even with a good crowd. Restaurant was super clean. Food was delicious. We had burritos, a bowl and chips and Queso. Brisket special was delicious. Crew was helpful and great. I came right after opening a few months ago and would’ve scored lower, but looks like they’ve worked out the kinks and are rolling. I wish there was one closer to my house cuz this is so much better than Chipotle. Keep up the great work, guys.

Ordered takeout and rather than letting us know they were out of chips for a large chips and queso order, staff chose to place an EXPIRED coupon for a free burrito with a hand written post-it note. Would have preferred upfront communication and a refund over an expired coupon, I am pretty sure any customer would. To top it off, my vegetarian quesadilla did not have the guacamole I paid extra for either. This franchise location is a rip off and seems to have serious mismanagement issues, we won’t be giving them business again.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I came here for lunch with my family, and we were immediately bombarded by kids kicking soccer balls into the outside tables. We had to move inside, but even then, the food was just not that great. The flavors were bland, and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh. It reminded me of elementary school cafeteria food.

On November 12 I ordered a burrito with chicken. The burrito didn’t have chicken at all, so I called to complain about and they promised that under my cel number I would get a free burrito next time I visit the restaurant. Today, I went to get my free burrito and my number wasn’t register and I had to paid for my burrito. The manager looked at me like I was crazy and she told me that they don’t do that. Someone there not only make mistakes, make bad food and bad costumer service. Never again!
