The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They made my experience more than easy after a more than disappointing visit to Genghis Grill next door in which I left with no food after waiting 45 minutes. They even gave my husband a taste of the steak so he could make up his mind on a protein for his burrito. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a freebirds. Paid over $25 for two bowls that look like this. Always preferred freebirds over chipotle but will 100% be going to chipotle over this location any day. I’m also dairy free and was disgusted by the amount of cheese in the tomatoes and pico. I wanted so badly to just walk out in the middle of selecting my bowl items.

I guess I haven’t been here in a while. One small but important change in their burritos. They no longer have the salsa bar in the dinning area that stood out above the competition . You have to make sure your request salsa added as you are in line.

Food was good. Restaurant could use a lot of work though. They were dripping water in several places from the ceiling up by where they serve the food. We said something about it, and they just brushed it off. Not very sanitary. Their trash can was overflowing. They only had us and 2 other families eating at the time. Wouldn’t be difficult to change the trash out. We ended up leaving and finished eating in our car because it was so cold in the building.

Coming into this place I almost got hyperthermia it was freezing inside and water was dripping from the ceiling due to the coldness of the place. I informed the cashier because the leaks almost landed on my food. Also the rice was kind of hard ugh I hated the experince and food i would rather go to bullritos or chipotle. Freebies I tried ya once but never again will I return.

First time coming to this chain and I would say the options on burritos are great. The one I had was the monster and it was very fulfilling. There are various options of sauces to choose from. I’m a spicy man, so the haberno had a decent kick on it. The creamy jalapeño was one of my favorites. The rice to the burrito was lacking in seasoning and texture but overall great meal.

Would give this 0 stars if I could! I ordered a free birds bowl and all I got was 1 scoop of rice, vegetables, and probably the scraps of chicken they had left (only had about 4 broken pieces of chicken in it). I paid $15 for something my kid could eat and not get full on! They didn’t give me any of the stuff I paid extra for, nor any of the additives on the side I requested. Neverrrrrr ordering here again. So dissatisfied and disappointed for spending so much for not even half of a bowl of food. And it wasn’t even warm. It was cold. It doesn’t even reach an inch in height of food (I created a hole so you can see where the bottom of the bowl was compared to how much I got). Order somewhere else!
