Oh yes! It is all that. In the strip with Safeway, Starbucks and Little Caesars, tucked in the alley that runs behind it all, is Freewheel Pizza. Order online, arrive at their door with a window and await your gourmet pizza. I added the Japanese Shishito peppers to the Big Popper. It was definitely a giant spicy pizza. My only wish was more of the honey to counter the kick, but I can imagine adding honey to a different pizza next try.

Really good pizza for a really good price. The owner was cool. I didn’t even know I had to order online lol I would have a picture, but I ate it too quick thank you from Mickey pepperoni and shishito peppers ️

Fantastic pizza. I tried the Peppers & Roni and loved everything about it, I can’t wait to try some of the other pizzas they offer. This has gotta be one of the best hole in the wall finds I’ve come across. Do yourself a favor and get your orders in you won’t regret it.

Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Both their basic pie and Detroit style are outrageously good.

A great hidden find in Clayton! I have been craving pizza for a while now so I left my boyfriend in charge of ordering pizza. This was a great pie to enjoy on a Friday night. Crispy crust, delicious shishitos and a great pepperoni! Definitely made with love.

A hidden, back-alley pizza place that limits itself to making just 40 pizzas a day… Superb crust and well worth finding it – even if I had to make a blood sacrifice at a crossroads in the bayou at midnight on a Friday the 13th in order to locate the hidden door between the dumpsters in order to get my Pizza.

Under new ownership and making unburned pizza!! (The old owners were making burned pizza and not counting back change properly)

This would be a five star review except for how infuriating it is to find this place.

Love this pizza and it is by far the best in the area. When we moved from the city to the east bay we seriously missed good pizza So glad to have found Freewheel! Would love to see some more vegetarian combos and delivery
