family owned restaurant with great tasting food….everything we had was on point. We had the salad with shrimp and French onion soup as appetizers….for dinner we had the pasta with shrimp and the chicken breast with vegetables and fries….for dessert the flan….definitely coming back!

The French Table is OPEN. Seating is well-spaced. The salmon and linguini was perfect. White Bordeaux nicely dry. Josh had Chicken Forestier, which is one of the best dishes ever. We both had espresso at the end. Josh with flan, and I had the tasty assortment: tiny flan, chocolate mousse and creme brulee. We are so happy to see FT open. Service, as always, outstanding.

If you are on Anna Maria Island, enjoying a meal at the French Table is a must! This is a family owned and operated business, and you feel like you are getting a home cooked meal, of the best quality! The husband Christophe is the chef. The food was delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. Marieke his wife was fun to talk to and she, along with her daughter, provided excellent service. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with soft lighting and French music- a welcome calm from the other loud restaurants around. We plan on returning before we leave the island in just a few short days.

Quant little restaurant with the sweetest family running it! The French onion soup is the best ever! Their fresh baked bread is delicious! We had the daube and salmon linguine for dinner and they were both very good! Highly recommend making a reservation here!

Of all the restaurants we frequented during our week long visit to Lido Beach, French Table was the best by far! The food was amazing! The deserts out of this world! Even the wine selection was excellent (mostly Fench wines, which I prefer, anyway, because they don’t leave me with a headache). I’d leave 6 stars if I could. We will be back the next time we are in the area.

On a whim, we booked a reservation at the French Table during a one-week stay on Anna Maria Island. We didn’t know what to expect, but after dining at various eating establishments throughout the week, we agreed that the French Table was *THE BEST* meal we had during our entire trip! The restaurant is owned and operated by a wonderful French family – Christophe (the outstanding chef), Marieke (front of house manager and hostess extraordinaire), and their daughter Tessa (who also assists with the front of house). From the warm welcome to the truly exceptional quality of the food, the delightful conversation with Marieke to the attention to detail, the entire experience at the French Table was très magnifique! As a recommendation, we ordered the saumon linguine and the pates aux crevettes – both expertly prepared – and enjoyed the trio of flan, mousse, and crème brûlée that came as part of the restaurant’s café gourmand. As someone who teaches in France multiple times a year, the French Table made me feel like I was eating at my favorite dining establishments in France. We cannot wait to come back, and we hope others get to experience this gem of a restaurant! C’était très, très délicieux! PS: Christophe bakes the restaurant’s bread on-site each morning – the bread alone is worth going for!

What a wonderful dinner, this was a last minute pick due to our first choice being on a 2hr wait. We were pleasantly surprised How good everything was. There were five at our table and everyone had the AMAZING french onion soup. Followed by a good sampling of the main menu and desserts. Everything was great…..everything! This is a family owned and run place and it shows. Thank you for the wonderfull service and excellent food!
