The fish was ok, The fries were soggy and cold. When I requested a new batch of fries I had to wait a whole hour to get them. I had placed my order online and was told it would be ready in 15min. I go through the drive thru just to be told it’s not ready and I have to go inside to pick it up. I go inside just to wait for 40 min. The total time for me to get my food after placing my order was 2hrs 10min. Lady at the pick up window inside was rude and wouldn’t give me my order even after I would tell her my name was on the bag sitting on the counter every time she would pass by.

I would 100% NOT recommend this location. It has a very disgusting atmosphere as soon as you walk in there’s flies everywhere, roaches and baby rats, and floors are very sticky. The customer service is at an all time low they are very rude with nasty attitudes. It doesn’t even smell up to par to be a chicken spot. The wait is pitiful. And I was just picking up a doordash order I don’t eat here and I would like to advise people to do the same to keep from getting sick.

Visiting from Dallas for the weekend and Went here for the 1st time chicken was very good and seasoned right super crispy. However they ran out of hot sauce and ketchup wow really. Place is in the HOOD off the freeway and hardly anywhere to sit down and eat ur meal better get it to go. It’s black owned if I come back it will be another location besides this one just being Honest my opinion. It’s Dated and needs a complete rehall and dirty inside. If you go inside take a closer look at the chairs and tables they have to sit at and you will see why.

I was treated to lunch today from one of my co-worker ( because it is Wraparound Specialist Week in my school district) and I chose Frenchy’s because I love the food there. Unfortunately the service was very unprofessional and the cashier was very disrespectful ( the one with the two air puffs). When it was time to place my order, I informed the cashier I was ordering two different orders, paying one with cash and the other apple pay. I placed my first order and paid with cash. She left to make the first order and told me she is waiting on the rice to get done, I told her ok. Then she proceeded to take someone else order instead and getting my second order. After which she asked me if I needed something and I told her I needed to placed my second order and she told me I would have to go to the end of the line to place my second order. This was totally absurd and took me and the other customers by surprised. I told her I was not going to the back of the line to make my second order. She totally ignored me and took other people’s orders. I demanded my refund because this was ridicule and unprofessional. The manager talked with the young lady and told her what she did was not right. The manager was very polite and refunded me my money and gave me the chicken with not cost. I have been going to this Frenchy’s for years and can truly say this was the first time I have experience such poor service. I have seen so many videos of workers disrespecting customers and the lack of professionalism that it makes me sick. This type of bad service will cost business to lose longtime customers. I gave the food to others who were in need and took my business elsewhere. Don’t let an unprofessional person ruin your business.

We decided to pick up our BEST fried chicken from a fast food restaurant search in Houston. So we Google and read reviews to different places and Frenchy’s Chicken stood out. So when we get there it’s a Popeyes next door and their line was empty. As you can see in the video Frenchy was off the hook! They had the employees coming out taking orders and separating the lines from cash or credit. The people that work their had such good positive attitudes like they really like working there. They had us laughing and made sure all the food we order was hot. The fried chicken is THEE BEST fried chicken fast food or soul food I’ve ever taste! They don’t have hot sauce because it said you don’t need it. It’s not spicy but it’s very well seasoned and fried golden brown. The dirty rice is good and made with chicken gizzards. The red beans and rice for you pork eaters has big slices of sausages in it. The lemon pound cake was flavorful and moist with a nice thick layer of lemon icing. All I have to say is I’ll be flying to Houston just for Frenchy because it was just that good!

Rude. In the drive thru 15 min. No I couldn’t leave. Called 3 times to ask what’s the hold up. Finally someone answered. I asked what was taking so long since I had been in line 15 min. Was told maybe someone waiting on their order and give “us a minute ” then hung up. Wow.
