Even though I could tell the staff was busy handling orders for the drive thru, I was immediately greeted by one of the staff and they immediately started preparing my customers order. First and last time Workers acted like they didn’t want to be there. Fish was hard as a brick I ordered 2 meals no bread in either, Last but not least this place is nasty. Tables sticky. And to think I drove 4 hrs to experience Frenchy’s. They should pay for my gas. A major disappointment.

Every time I have went to this frenchy’s they have the worst customer service at the window. The workers always act like you’re getting on there nerves and twice I ordered something extra and didn’t receive it. Poor service they need to give their workers a customer service training. Update: NOT any better. Door always locked during regular business hours forcing you to use the drive through that was designed by a special needs person. Any large car or truck has no choice buy jump the curb. Always out of fries. Once I see but if you keep running out of fries commons sence would say hey let me order more.. This is become a very Ghetto eatery.
