Unexpectedly very good coffee! The place itself is very simple, and very quiet; perfect for studying and working. I personally love that they don’t play music here, which is good for meetings. The other day, my sister and I had the best person taking our orders. His name’s Cameron, and he was the only one working at the time. He continued smiling the whole time while working and was just pleasant all throughout! Giving this place 5 stars because of him.

It’s such a great little location. I love the variety of their drinks. The Vietnamese coffee is excellent. Honestly, though, you can’t go wrong here. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful when you have questions about what is in the drink. The tables are kept clean and there is nearly always seating avaliable if you want to bring your computer and get some writing in before you go.

Friendly attentive service. My guest & I dined in; a few tables and corner area with loveseats available inside this quaint place. Did not know about this place, even though passed it driving down Eureka many times. I found it when in search of trying bubble tea. I ordered a small frappe with mocha flavor & whipped topping. I liked you could choose from many different flavors & toppings. I also got a breakfast item; 3 cheese bagel. My guest got the brown sugar bubble tea. Frappe had good tasting coffee flavor; was not overly strong; perfect for my taste. My bagel had a good cheesy flavor but I should of ordered cream cheese to make it less dry. My guest enjoyed trying the sweet bubble tea Guest’s first time trying bubble tea so I can not really comment on that experience. I will return to try different flavors of frappes.

Great selection of coffees and teas, other drinks and snacks. I liked the visual menus on the screens above the counter. Very easy menu to order from with many options. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. I could spend time here working alone or relaxing with friends. Not many places like this nearby so thanks for being here! You can get coffee from the chains anywhere. If you’re in the area come to Fresh Bean Coffee!

Ordered a coffee to go and after paying, notice it was 85 cents more than the posted price. I inquire why that is and am told they charge to put in the cream and sugar. Never in my life have I been charged for that service, and it wasn’t posted there was a charge for that. They told me next time I should order my coffee black and put the cream and sugar in myself. THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME. So as you read this, ask yourself if you should support such a business. There are several other good coffee shops in the area that dont treat their customers this way. We need to teach these dishonest businesses a lesson by not spending our hard earned money with them.

It was cute, they still had their Christmas tree up and it felt a little unorganized in there. Their coffee was good so that was amazing but the food was okay. Just normal stuff. The pastries did look good but we didn’t try it. My brother had a hair in his food so that was unpleasant. Price wasn’t horrible.

Just discovered this place 2 weeks ago, been here 4 times since and the coffee has been very good and the drinks are consistent. Decent amount of places to sit and employees are nice and knowledgeable about the drinks.. plus the only place I know that has French Vietnamese coffee.. The only complaint I would have is they really need to up their pastry selection. As they always hardly ever have anything. Just one or two muffins to pick from.. some biscotti, scones, or soborro bread would be nice..

BEWARE: they have increased their boba topping prices from .50 to 1.25. Without notice. I understand inflation is bad right now, but that is an insane jump in price for a bubble tea when the screen price of the tea itself is ALSO misleading. And seeing that they know how to improvise, altering the sign when some items are unavailable, the fact that they’ve provided no notice about this and left it at .50 is unacceptable. That is the LEAST they could do. I love their fresh tapioca pearls, but its not worth spending almost $9 for a large bubble tea with crystal boba. And for anything to be costing way more than how you calculated it, based on what the menu says, is simply insulting.
