I love their Vegan pizza! Thank you, Fresh Brothers, for providing us with Vegan options. Today was my first visit to this location. We were catching a movie at the Cinépolis movie theater and decided to get something to eat before the movie started. The restaurant is small, clean, with outside seating. They ran out of the Coke Zero in their fountain, so Alexandra immediately took care of it! She also took our order and ensured everything tasted how we liked it.

Boo! Person taking order kept wiping his nose. Didn’t bother telling me that you have to order and pay extra for ranch/blue cheese dressing for wings until after I walked back in after checking my order to ask for some. Didn’t give us a fork for the side salad either. Forget that. I should have walked out when the guy was wiping his nose. Im afraid to eat the wings!!!

The cashier was nice, but the manager Ari ruins this location. I selected a pepperoni personal pizza, but their site sent it over as “topping”. Therefore, I only got a plain pizza yet paid extra for a topping that I never got. When I nicely asked for $1 refund, Ari stated it was my fault for not selecting pepperoni (when I did). She was rude and said that they didn’t know what topping I wanted. A simple phone call to me could have corrected the confusion. Then she said customers select topping, and pay extra all the time for plain pizzas. So, she’s admitting to robbing people. Why would we pay extra for a topping if we didn’t want a topping? This was the stupidest argument I’ve ever had that could have been resolved with a $1 refund. Ari refused to do the right thing and defended the error and spoke down to me. What terrible management.
