Food was good. Fresh veggies is a plus. Wait time on a busy day was 15 minutes. The staff was pleasant. Fireworks hot dog combo 2 came with a small shake and onions rings. Upcharge $1 for rings. Regular gyro combo 1 and a chili dog came out to $33. Cleanliness was a 2/5. Water was pooling from fountain drink dispenser. Where we were sitting it was reaching us so had to move. We were told to be careful but no one attempted to clean it. They were busy, keep in mind. But safety should be a priority. Overall a good service. Will come back.

Pleasantly surprised at how good Fresh Craft Grille was. Weary of some of the bad reviews, but decided to stop in as GPS showed it was close by driving. Staff was friendly and service was fairly quick. N.Y. Strip Grinder was pretty big and full of flavor. Great steak taste in this sandwich. Would easily get that again. Gyro was pretty good also and large in size, but have had better. Overall Fresh Craft Grille was great for dinner.

I always get either the west coast burger, chicken Giro or the Cobb salad. No need to change it. The service could be a bit better. The soda machines is a toss up. They only typically have one girl working the front so she can’t fix the machines when they run out of syrup so they’ll refer you to the bottle drinks. Ummm no refills for those. I’ve seen orders in front of me be inaccurate. The experience is what does it for me.

Didn’t go to this restaurant within the restaurant is a Carvel that was delicious but? When. I did walk in, and the food smelled. amazing. I will be going here for lunch 1 day just. Haven’t done it yet ill updated my post when I have there food

This place is the best, My food got to me fast and hot, service was great and the burger I had was the best I think I’ve had in a very long time. Only issue I had was I almost slipped on the floor walking in because it was wet with something.

We normally like fresh craft…but this is just kinda dissapointing..the gyro meat was seriously overcooked…crispy and been hanging around too long in a warmer crispy and should have been thrown out by the cook….the trays were dirty…tables and soda station in need if wipe downs…not so sure we will be back…

Usually you have to wait a few minutes for your food. But tonight it took way longer than usual and when they brought the food out my wife’s Mac n cheese was just lukewarm. Disappointed in the service and quality of the food for this visit

Their Gyros are delicious and huge! They give you good portions of fries as well. I can’t comment on any of their other options because they have become our go to for when we want a Gyro. 10/10 reccomend!
