Ordered from Grubhub order never showed walked around from house to house trying to find it as someone from the restaurant said he left it on the wrong door and that was a lie too. Horrible experience and because of that I’d never order again. They should resent an order out to make up for the horrible rude driver who said he was outside I put my shoes on and he was gone. Hire better people.

A lot has happen when I go to this store over the years but this is my final time going. I just want to mention the last incident that drove me nuts. I have multiple cards with free juice even some in my wallet I will never get to use because thats how many times I go there to purchase juice. Im a family of 10 so that shows a min of ten juice sometimes I purchase or when Im by myself and I get 1-2 juice a day. I gave them a free juice card like I always do and get a free juice thats it however a lady switch the cards and she said dont worry I remember you and when the next day I came they didn’t want to hear anything I said but I said I come here like every day and they saying the card doesn’t mean free juice it means free salad smh. I was in a rush so I gave her card and took my juice and she followed me out store and followed me blocks away where I parked my car and I was very scared but I didn’t say anything then when I purchased more juice by myself again through grubhub they said they was gonna take my money and not give me my juice. Luckily I had recorded because there’s a lot they had put me through throughtout the years. I cant risk my life no more in this store and my family will not order from here either. I cant wait til other juice spot come in area. Hopefully I was clear in my explanation and hope this won’t happen to no one in this store.

Worst customer service ever. El señor que contesta, lo que el dice, es lo que uno ordenó y no importa si es verda o no. (The guy who picks up the phone; writes down whatever he feels that he heard without double confirming and does not care to fix his mistakes. He’ll argue with you and keep repeating himself without no solution.). They should really consider TURNING DOWN THE MUSIC they got blasting behind them so they can hear their customers. Delivery takes about 45+ min to go out and another 20 to get to your door. This place has to work on their customer service, maybe people will be happy to spend their money here if their greeted with a smile.
