I was a bit weary about trying this place. First of all, they are not open for too long, and new companies tend to take a while to fulfill their true potential. Secondly, it happens that, in their quest to bring real, healthier food to a market, many establishments forget that the essential part is for it to be delicious. It’s not the case with this establishment. Their food is really good, it’s real, hearty, healthy food. Service is kind and sweet. Even their drinks are really good. They’ve got a collection of teas and flavored lemonades with lower sugar content that are tasty and refreshing. Prices are reasonable, too. After a set of add-ons and premiums, the total was less than I expected. Good job! I’m glad to have them around!

Fresh Kitchen is a hidden gem in PLAIN SIGHT! The front staff are all smiles upon walking in, they complimented me on my shirt and hair making me feel SEEN.. not just another customer. The ingredients were amazingly fresh! Everything on the menu is healthy! Vegan-friendly for sure! The drinks were not loaded with sugar and the food was SUPERB! It was my first time there but DEFINITELY not my last!

Some of the employees were mediocre. Attitude was meh the food was tasty blackened chicken was a little too blackened. Great options to choose from to create a unique bowl. I think recommended pairings would be a nice addition.

Food is really good! The six bowl is great, I get the cauliflower mash and brown rice, chickpeas and green beans, chicken and steak. The herb vinaigrette sauce is the best! Only complaints (I guess I am crotchety), turn the music down and get better fly control at the doors.

Tried this place when I visited Lakeland for work. Was looking for healthier dinner options and came across this place. Very nice ambience and good outdoor seating. The ordering process was very straight forward and the bowl I got tasted delicious- Mushroom, Tofu and Chicken. If you get a 6 bowl, it’s definitely very filling for an adult. I would absolutely stop by again during my next trip there. Give it a try.

I was quite taken aback by the unexpected additional charge, amounting to $6, for opting for steak as my choice of protein. It felt rather disheartening that the blame for my inability to anticipate this charge was placed on me not being able to read. In this situation, it seems imperative for customers to not only listen but also carefully read the options provided, especially when offered the choice of having double steak as part of the two-protein selection. This seemingly small issue was further compounded by the fact that a seemingly straightforward order, consisting of a “six” bowl and a canned soda, culminated in a total cost of $24.70, which I found to be quite steep.

Purchased this food today and was really excited to try it for the first time! I’ve never had FK before but I’ve had a cousin-type company that has a similar layout so I was jazzed Lakeland was bringing a healthy fast option. We did the drive thru pick up and when we got home my citrus chicken was missing. For the $15 bowl I would imagine all components would be included, however the drive thru seems to be too much too soon as I’m not the first reviewer to mention a missing item. I had to take my daughters blackened chicken because it was too spicy and shared my steak with her…I will give the restaurant another chance because the food was pretty tasty, but I may have to take the time to go inside this time unfortunately…

Amazing food! Amazing quality and super tasty! I visit multiple times a week, driving from Winter Haven just to have this deliciousness! I typically get the 4 bowl with Coconut Ginger Rice, Sweet Potato Noodles, BBQ chicken, broccoli & top off with the holy kale sauce the creamy white ginger sauce is amazing too! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it never disappoints! Definitely a must try if you live a healthier lifestyle or if you’re looking to live a healthier lifestyle

Yummy, but didn’t get what we paid for. Found out at home The chickpeas were missing from my bowl. Recommend take the time to check everything before you leave the pickup window. Lakeland location isn’t an option for feedback on the FK online order site and the survey doesn’t allow for comments. Couldn’t find an email address available for contact on the site. Other than that it was great
