If I could give this 0 stars I would but It wasn’t an option. I ordered my food online and by the time I got there they said they forgot my order and started making it. My fries was cooked in OLD GREASE and I saw one of the cooks smell the meat. That should’ve been a red flag for me. I got to my destination started on the utterly disgusting fries and the meat was horrific!!! I called and told them. I didn’t want a refund nor my money back but I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN. And I was so excited about them opening back up. I’m furious

prices a little too high. food is good but they’ve messed up my order a few times. they have younger kids working there not sure if they are understanding what’s being said during over the phone orders. i say go there every once an awhile. go inside don’t call. make sure you ask them to repeat the order back to you. and make sure you check the bag while you are inside. good food, customer service is not so good.

Order on 8/12/2022 at 11:46am for lunch. Ordered a chili cheese burger and 3 orders of chili cheese fries. I’m highly disappointed in the food I received. Fries were cold and and old and the chili was cold also. Don’t understand why the quality of food was bad with the time of the order being so close to lunch time. You don’t have to worry about me coming back.

They were closed for months and now they’re back open with terrible customer service and inconsistent hours of operation. Sometimes they follow the hours, sometimes they don’t. The manager hung up on me when I asked for clarity.

Happy to hear that this place is open, kinda. But the customer service has always struggled at this location. If your grill is off at 9:30pm and you guys close at 10pm whoever answers the phone after 9:30pm should not say, “Go on with your order,” if you guys can’t take an order.

This is a good place to go if you’re looking for the taste and flavor of a homemade burger and fries. The pricing is more than reasonable and the 8oz burger was bigger than I expected. Plus the fries are plentiful in 1 order. The only thing I didn’t like was that I took it to go and so my bun was too soft and my burger fell apart. I suspect you won’t have this problem if you eat it there.

We order a chili cheese king burger beef with everything. And there was no chili. We called up to the store to express this and we were told to just come up to get a side of chili… I am a chef and a caterer myself… when you pay for a service whatever it may be that’s what you expect.. I shouldn’t have to get dressed and go across town to get a side of chili that should have already been put on my burger.. not to be funny that’s what I paid them for… Strike 1 in my eyes
