Anna the lady working in the front was very kind and understanding, I am very picky about my coffee and she made it exactly to my liking, haven’t had a better coffee in Miami. will be coming back next time I stay in Fountain Bleau!!

Every large-scale hotel has that one place that just isn’t up to par. This is it at the Fontainebleau. I had the shrimp Caesar salad which was very overpriced at $38. Shrimp had no seasoning and rest of salad was very bland. Daughter had chicken tenders and fries which were decent looking. Also, I get the idea behind the service charge in Miami, but all they do is call your name out to come pick up your food. Not sure how that’s “service” but in any event. Try the other places at this hotel instead.

Food took over 30 mins. My order was 1st. It’s OK sometimes worth the wait. Well I was wrong. Nobody even apologized, cooks just looked annoyed. Chicken tender was so greasy my son took 1 bite and threw away. Po boy was not even close to a po boy. 3 of us took 1 bite each and threw away. My wings were slightly better than Walmart. Not a good thing. Spent around $75 and threw it away. Sad because yesterday evening in the same hotel the food was extremely delicious.

Very disappointed. I was initially excited that I found this place because I was looking for a good spot to grab a quick bite for breakfast. They have an egg sandwich on their menu here. But they charge $13 for this sandwich and they don’t even use real eggs??!! That’s absolutely pathetic and a huge rip-off!

The manager Carlos was not only helpful but also made sure our ice cream experience was very enjoyable this past weekend. The kids loved the funny jokes but loved the gelatos even more! Not only did he make a positive impact but also our food runner Cristian made us a priority at the poolside with my huge family of 20 he was constantly checking in on us to make sure if we needed anything! Therefore our overall experience was amazing and we’ll definitely come back again!

I loved the Gelato here! My favorite was the cookies and cream and the manager Carlos was very helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait long and was very satisfied with their customer service. It was the perfect place to go to after being in the hot sun all day. Definitely want to come back again.

Spent $100 after arriving at Fontainebleau on July 9th, 2019. Majority of our food order was good. Waited extremely long for our order. I asked one of the workers if she knew the status of my order and she just hunched her shoulders and said she don’t know. I asked her if she could find out and she IGNORED me. I asked for her manager and she just pointed at the guy. At the same time he called my husbands name for our order.

Amazing time this past weekend at the FBH but better was the bakery right before pool exit that not only had the best Roasted Portobello red Pepper panini and the best manager that accommodated our request at all cost. We ate there breakfast, lunch and dessert time. The cherry cheesecake gelato is spectacular haven’t seen it anywhere else before. All employees were so kind and greet you with a smile. Carlos the manager was very profesional and truly wants to give you the best service any food chain can provide: thank you for amazing food and deserts. Def coming back again…
