Nice little spot for lunch or an early dinner. Ordered for the whole office and we all loved the food. Notably the Wonton soup and lemongrass rice bowls were the stars. Order ahead on their website for pickup convenience.

This was my very first time visiting and upon entering the atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. Staff is extremely courteous and nice. My only issue was the food. I am an expert pho eater and have tried many different locations of the same that I ordered. It really surprised me when I ordered it here and my pho was sweet as if there was sugar in the broth. I was not given no beans sprouts even though I requested them not sure if they come with the dish at this location or not but I did request them and did not receive. I also ordered an order of egg rolls. They weren’t even hot, they were barely warm as if they were microwaved and yet they came out after I received my pho. I also tried to order a bubble tea of a flavor that I had never heard of before. I was not able to get it because I believe they were out of their bubble tea at the time which was upsetting. They only have one size unlike other locations where you can choose a smaller or large. And it almost seems as if they take out some noodles to make room for the vegetables which was not cool. If I’m going to pay $10 or more per person, I want them piled up!! I’ll consider giving another try possibly but it was more of a surprise when I ate the steak pho and it was sweet tasting…I didn’t know pho was supposed to be sweet LOL

I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the lemongrass beef spring rolls for pick up. They came with a really nice peanut dip and sweet oil with crushed peppers mixed in so it was a little spicy. I enjoyed both rolls, but next time I will order without the basil (it overwhelmed the taste of the rolls so I took it out). The inside of the restaurant was very clean and colorful which makes me want to dine in on my next visit. My order was quick, accurate, and I enjoyed my experience. Well be back for more!!

This is a nice concept: Vietnamese favorites plus some interesting variations. It’s a little difficult to order, they were extremely polite but we couldn’t communicate well enough with the person who took our order to ask any questions or modify anything on our order. I get that, if you want authentic international food, you will have to interact with authentic international people. However, if you have allergies, this can be dangerous. I have been to other restaurants that have menus that allow for common allergy substitutions, but not here, you can’t even get a side of plain rice. The menu labels things as gluten free which almost definitely are not (i have yet to meet gf wontons), so I would not bring a celiac person here. I ended up not being able to eat the item I ordered, but switched with my husband and ate his instead without issue (it was simple and tasty). So good food, polite service, but not for picky eaters of any kind. (Note: the salmon is some kind of salmon cake, not a piece of fish)

We ended up trying quite a few things and everything was fresh and delicious. We loved that they had many options of spring rolls to choose from as well as yummy drinks. We will definitely be going back.

Great food but really lacks in communication and if you order their bubble tea, you will be severely disappointed. 4 times now I have gone in for a classic tapioca bubble tea and they always get my order wrong. They always give me the popping bubbles instead of the tapioca.

This is a difficult place to get lunch because deciding between fresh rolls and bahn mi is a truly impossible task…so do what I do and GET BOTH. Seriously though, the food is always fresh and delicious and the service is so fast and friendly, which is key for a weekday lunch.

I walked from the transit center on 10th and Commerce and had 25 minutes before my bus left. I was the only customer and I ordered the bbq chicken bahn mi sandwich. It came to 8.26. The kid who took my order gives me 11.20 in change. I said “I think u shorted me” “we are out of change” he replied…….I point to his tip jar and he reluctantly gave me a dollar and I gave him back the 20 cents……by now one other customer has come in and he orders……after 15-19 minutes go by I’m like “dude I’m gonna miss my bus” “just a couple more minutes he says” then brings the guy who ordered after me his food and of course I missed my bus…..25 minutes to make a bahn mi sandwich is absolutely ridiculous!!! I won’t be returning to Fresh Rolls anytime ever!!! Btw the sandwich was ok……emerald queen used to make a better one

This place used to be good, not anymore. The salmon rice bowl is now made from frozen salmon patties instead of fresh salmon and the rice tasted stale and old. To top it off there was a long hair in my food. Won’t be going back anymore.
