I ordered from fresh start seafood last week and let me tell you I been trying to get another plate ever since. I love my vegetables and cornbread so for sure I go the greens and two pieces of cornbread with some lemon pepper wings. It was not disappointing at all. If you have a taste for some down home southern cooking like your Grandma used to make you gotta try em. I will figure out when they back open and try something else. Until then they are rated 10 out of 10 for me.

Delicious! They brought their food to Muskogee for the annual Touch A Truck event! I really enjoyed the flavors and house sauce for my catfish! The Jambalaya and Cajun corn has amazing flavors….but that sweet potato pie was mmmm good!

Pretty good food. The alligator is great. It isn’t muddy and they cook it up right. I do wish the serving was bigger but they have to make a living. The service is great. While you’re waiting, they’ll give you samples of menu items. There is a wait after you order but that’s because it’s being made fresh. The pricing is reasonable for this type of food. I look forward to trying the crab.

People running the truck were so rude. I was standing at the window for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. 2 different employees looked right at me like I was being a pest then continued on ignoring me. I just decided to walk away and not eat there.

My Shrimp Po’Boy was good as well as the Jambalaya. Chicken strips were lacking and the hush puppies were small and overcooked. The reason for the 3 stars was it took over an hour for this small order on a not so busy night. I personally think we should have been comped, but I will give them another shot at a later time.

Stood at the front for 20 min waiting on a sample of gumbo. Never got it. So we just left. Owner is rude and doesn’t have his priorities straight. Staff ignores you like they ain’t working in a food truck. When my friend brought me a plate on our lunch break it tasted cheap with no flavor. Mediocre at best. Sam’s eatery on grand has the best poboys in the city.
