I’m from Montreal so I’m really not used to so much sugar. The tea was too sweet. I tried their Asian salad with tuna almond crust but I should have taken the cashier’s suggestion and get the dressing on the side to modulate the sugar festival. It comes with a cutoff part of caramelized croissant on the side which is a novelty for me. Croissant was crisp and flaky to perfection but unfortunately I was already overwhelmed by the sweet salad and did not enjoy as much as if there was a balance of salt and less sugar for my main meal. I have to say that patrons and hosts are really nice at this place in a time post covid.

Fresh2Order has a great healthy alternative selection that are really tasty and the portions are enough. Definitely a favorite healthy choice. The menu has various options and each meal has great taste and still a few to try. The service is always great and they offer so interesting side dishes and sauces. You can eat in or take-away. Each time we visited it hasn’t been crowded. They are located inside Cumberland mall, but do have an entrance access from the outside.

I love fresh2order but would not recommend this location. 3 of us ordered salads and they all came out dry. I asked for more dressing and the girl at the register told me I had to pay for it! I explained how dry my salad was and that there was hardly any dressing g and she insisted that that is how they come and that is need to pay fir extra dressing. We then waited an extra 25 minutes after our orders came before my son’s chicken fingers arrived. Not a good experience.

I’m so disappointed with this location. I frequent it often and have always had a good experience. But recently, I tried to place an order for pickup online. I tried several times but kept getting error messages stating my order would not go through. I decided to just go into the store and order to go. The next day, I realized that I had, in fact, been charged for one of my attempted online orders, despite never receiving any kind of confirmation. I have called the store multiple times to try and get the online charge refunded. A manager is never available, and I’m usually told to call back another time. Someone at the store finally took down my contact information with a promise that a manager would call right back, but no one ever did. I’ve also submitted several requests for help through the website, to no avail. I feel like they’ve stolen from me and have no intention of making right their error, and they certainly don’t seem to care about helping their customers.

Visited Sunday, July 11, 2021 @ around 5pm. The lady ringing up my order walked away to do other things while I was ordering my food. She eventually came back and another Employee began to open a register and she began to argue with her saying “don’t open another register.” My order was completed by another employee. My order came out wrong, the dining room was dark, the bathroom was filthy, gnats were swarming at my table.l, floor was dirty…It breaks my heart to leave this restaurant a bad review. The food is phenomenal. I will not return to this location. The one in East Cobb is doing a better job living up to the good name of Fresh to Order.

I ordered a Fig Salad and Steak panini at the Cumberland Mall location (1260 Cumberland Mall, Atlanta, GA 30339) on Sunday, June 4th around 5pm. I usually order food from this location at least once a month. Lately, within the last four visits, I noticed the lack of cleanliness and overall appeal. More importantly, I noticed fruit flies flying around—a good sign that my first noticing was spot on. In addition, the food presentation was fine at first glance. When we started eating, it was apparent that not all of the items in each dish were fresh. The lettuce was not crisp and the steak was not fresh. Please take the time to correct these errors as this is a great location with lots of potential to return to the greatness that we enjoyed when this location opened.

I love Fresh to Order, and this location especially. All of my experiences have been superb, with the exception of last night. I understand it was close to closing time and so the kitchen was getting ready to shut down, as I showed up at about 8:40pm to place a to-go order. I ordered an extra side of grilled veggies, which consisted of a slice of zucchini, a slice of red pepper, a small slice of mushroom, and corn on the cob. I can’t justify charging someone $4.50 for this. It’s not a huge deal but I would have preferred they just tell me they didn’t have anymore veggies or I would have even been okay with them saying they just straight up didn’t feel like making them. The rest of the meal was delicious though, so still 4 stars.
