**Detail Update** Someone reached out to get details of what happened and they processed a refund and apologized. They advised they’d address the food washing practices with the store. I still have the ick and haven’t been able to order a salad from a restaurant since. Kinda sucks because when traveling salads are usually my go to meal. **Original Review** Ordered online and picked up. Everything seemed nice. Took meals to the flight we were taking and found not only was I enjoying the falafel salad, so was a worm looking thing. Immediately felt skeeved and sick. Pulled out camera to take a video of it inching around. Called store after I landed and was told they’d give me another salad when I came in again (like I’m coming back here ever!). I was visiting family so won’t be back regardless so was offered to reimburse for one of the two salads. I asked for the full order to be refunded. I was told that I may get the one refunded but not the other, they’d check. No apologies. The lady seemed very matter of fact about the incident like it’s a normal occurrence.

The male Hispanic manager in the mornings needs to learn customer service, badly. Everytime I go, he’s very standoffish and talks to me as if I’m an ignorant child even when they made a mistake. Someone like this will easily bring your business down faster than you can blink. However, I must say, the rest of the staff are very attentive and set the atmosphere perfectly until the manager comes along, everything will go from peace to tense in a split second. Customers value atmosphere and service just as much as they value good quality food, which is also sometimes questionable.

I was ordering my food, I asked her what I want, she was speaking with me do you want extra, do you want sweet potatoes? While she was spiking she spilled on my food ! I said I don’t want this food and walked away, that happened right now 8:30 pm – June 8/23 take the order speak as much as you want, but when you have the plate in your hand and you’re putting the food on the plate Please don’t speak. I go there daily and have gotten the same thing since September. Today I was charged additional because the chicken that I have gotten since sept is in the Market table. ALL the poultry is there, so instead of 3 dollars I got charged 6. When I went on the app, I saw that the fee for chicken in general is $3. The cashier wasn’t new and on the lid, the woman who made my salad wrote +$3.

Very disappointing. A friend recommended this place to me. She has used Too Good To Go a few different times and said the food was great. I decided to place 2 meal orders through the Too Good to Go. I understand you have no control over what you get because of the discounted price, however I feel i was handed garbage. First, the employee had no idea what i was talking about when I arrived. She thought i was a delivery person for Uber eats. Then i was made to wait. I was handed 2 salads, some chickpeas and a chocolate pudding that was cracked open. I gave one salad away and threw out most of the salad i kept. I really feel it was someone’s leftovers. The salad was mushy and already had dressing on it. It was almost inedible. I will not order from here again. I gave 2 stars only because i didn’t pay full price. I’ve used Too Good to Go several times for other restaurants, most of them are excellent. This was the worse.

It’s not easy finding vegetarian or vegan leaning foods in yonkers, fresh & Co would seem like a relief to that lack and admittedly sometimes it scratches that itch. However, my last experience there was unsatisfactory. Food was late, super salted and 60 percent burned. Disappointing considering it is not the cheapest place to eat.

Very mixed feelings. Guys at the salad bar generous with greens, the meat portion, one scoop, and cubed meat. The girl at the counter left my Mac and cheese on her side when I asked for it she quickly placed it by the register and didn’t say a word or help me pack it into my bag. Thursday morning and she had black glasses. The other guys was nicer and more attentive and spoke to me and offered me a bag. Won’t return.

Really disappointed as much as I try to love this place every time I give it a chance through either DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber eats the food just keeps on coming poorly made today My food was cold , burnt ,soggy and out of life. It’s like a hit or miss everytime I order but sadly I won’t be ordering from this place anymore.
