Normally, my experience here is really good. But today I was a little put off by the service I received. I asked for two scoops of protein and received barely one, and when I tried to discuss it with the person that was checking me out, I was promptly cut off and told my total by the woman at the register. If I was paying for a cheaper meal, I wouldn’t have argued, but I go there specifically because it is good food and good quality, and I understand there is an added expense involved. But I do not like getting charged for something I’m not receiving.

Small portions of fish ( I got 2) and not many options (just plain tuna and salmon). Asked the guy what sauce you guys have, all he did was point up. Asked for 2 sauces thinking it was enough but barely tasting it. Very fresh fish though. Very clean place.

Quality proteins (salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, shrimp). Love the sauces (they have 2 not on the menu). Sushi rice was great. Other mixers were delicious. My favorites are the seaweed salad and squid salad. The crunchy toppings were interesting to include Cheetos dust which was stale when had it. Very interesting drink options. Decor and interior was wonderful and clean. Staffing was courteous. Clean facilities. Very roomy. Parking was awkward, why is there metered parking out this far from downtown? You can park in the back up the hill to avoid paying for parking.

Around 10 dollars to build your own with 2 meat option. A bit skimpy on the scoop, otherwise the tuna and salmon were fresh. Lots of add on ingredients at no cost, except avocado ($1). This is customizable by the them tossing your mixed bowl in your desired sauce and they can blended sauces to create good flavor profiles. Will definitely be back.
