I came here to pick up lunch for a meeting. It has a simple order system online where you can customize each bowl or roll for each person. For myself, I got the lemongrass pork spring rolls with house sauce. It was decent but it wasn’t anything super amazing. The lemongrass pork had good flavor, but everything else relied on the extra sauce for flavor. The house sauce was pretty good.

This place is one of my favorites. The meals are very simple but delicious and satisfying. The best part of the meal is that you don’t feel guilty after finishing down to the last bite because what you ate was healthy. Me and my co-workers are regular here. I always get 3 rolls of different meat each; pork, chicken and shrimp. I like the tofu too. The peanut sauce is awesome.

Freshroll is a great lunch option in FiDi. Discovered them through my office who uses them frequently for catering; they have good options for vegetarians and vegans and they have impeccable service. Love that their food is so tasty while being fresh and healthy! I usually get something with noodles, but I had a salad here recently that was so good and filling!

Nice place for what it is. Ingredients are fresh and well seasoned. My only complaint is their website showed a combo option for taro chips and a drink for half the price of the two combined. They told me it was unavailable today. I could have requested the manager, shown them the website and made them give me the price. I didn’t this time, but next time I will if their website has not been changed.

This is a great place for a quick and delicious bite to eat. I usually get the sandwich with pork but the 3 rolls are also really solid. Everything is made in front of you and you can customize on the spot. Think of a Vietnamese version of Chipotle.

This is a modern Vietnamese fast food, where they assembly your custom Vietnamese rice or Rice Vermicelli Bowl or Spring Rolls. The general concept is just like Chipotle but it is Vietnamese food. The lines moves slow and there are usually a lot of people during lunch time. I got the pork over brown rice with everything on it along with two sauces I picked. Overall, it is fresh, light and unique. They also have Vietnamese coffee so that is a bonus. Will be back for more when I don’t feel like a greasy sandwich or light salad.

Good rolls and bowl, but the service was missing. I wouldn’t expect much, but my girlfriend has a major gluten allergy and the entire staff was unaware of what it is. Luckily the manager was close by and knew, but training the rest of the staff seems like a worthy thing to do.
