For this area, 5 stars doesn’t mean it is out of the world. 5 stars simply means it’s better than the other places. The real downfall to this place is the prices. It’s so pricey for what should be cheaper. It does taste great, but again that’s only because everything else in the area sucks. The chef salad was tasty and has the right amount of toppings to lettuce. The Cuban was great. It had the perfect amount of meat to sauce. The spicy mustard was out of this world. Overall, I’m not sure the price matches what you would expect, but at least the food tastes good.

Wow so delish!!! Love love loved the Reuben and babes roll, and don’t even get me started on the pretzel appetizer! Our waitress did SO GOOD even though she was still in training. The atmosphere was so hip, which I love. Nice to see an all American game like baseball on the televisions instead of those cronies on the news ( ). Will definitely be giving Mr. Tuck my business in the future ☺️

Decided to try this friendly sandwich shop. Looks like an unassuming chain from the outside, but has a cool bar and grill style atmosphere on the inside. Sandwiches are BIG and delicious. Hoodoo fries with beer cheese were awesome. Has a good selection of Alaskan beers. Good food friendly attentive staff. 100% will come back next time I am in in Fairbanks!

A traveler’s oasis very delicious. THE service was excellent; wide range of jamz (country, top 40, dance, christian) playing on the radio not to loud. The Ruben is awesome as well as the pretzel. The price was reasonable as well.

Our Po-Boy Sandwiches were excellent! The bread, fillings and Draft Pilsner were delicious and well priced …. Unfortunately we went at a busy time and the staff seemed stretched too thin, which was not their fault.

We had the Reuben and I could eat that sandwich every day. It was so good. The sauce had a bit of a kick but not so much to overpower everything else. We’re from the east coast and travel quite a bit and can say this was absolutely one of the best sandwiches ever. The only problem I have is there are no sandwiches like this back home.
