Happy to see Frick’s get a new life! I loved this place when I was younger, they kept the soul in tact, made a ton of improvements and I love that they paid homage to the terrible red flannel carpet. Well done to the owners and to everyone else you definitely should stop in!

It’s been really cool to watch this place evolve into what it is over the last year or so right in front of us. They’ve got great burgers, all the staff I’ve dealt with have been wonderful, and even some activities for basically all age levels. Can’t wait for the golf simulator to be done!

Stopped on a Thursday in late January. It is a smaller menu compared to other full service restaurants on Saginaw Rd, BUT Frick’s knows how to make a good burger and their smash burgers will keep the local folks coming back for more. The loaded tots and the cheese curds are worth a try. A big pour of Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald and you’re ready for an evening at the theater. We were very pleased and we will be back.

Sup par bar experience. My friend and I went in to have some drinks on the patio on a Saturday night. We walked up to the bar to get drink to take outside and we were able to order and receive them but after that were ignored about payment and had to physically stand on the other side of the bar for the servers attention. We were told we could open a tab by one server and then the other one said they didn’t do tabs. Overall just a blah first impression.

This place has reinvented itself to be a wonderful atmosphere to hang out with friends. My companion and I went there just to play pool. They do offer alcoholic beverages. Food is made between a certain time we came too late to order dinner. The crowd is a little younger (20s) but absolutely no issues and no drama. Go have a burger, go play some pool, play some of their other featured games, and their virtual jukebox, but most of all, you’ll have a good time!

Great place to get good drinks and hangout with good people and friends! The waitress Shelly who works there is amazing! She was quick at bringing back drinks, and has such a great attitude and personality!

Went there to shoot pool and was pretty impressed with the place. I didn’t try any food there but the beer was great, service was good, and the pool tables were in great condition. $1 per game, with quarters. There is a change machine. Some of the house cues were straight, others were super warped, which I think is pretty standard for a lot of bars. I don’t go to Midland much, but would definitely stop back by there.

We went on a Saturday night and I must say, Awesome Bar! Food was really good! Very fast service and the establishment was packed. The new owner is wonderful! Kurt made sure to talk to his guest and assure everything was ok. Lots to do from shooting pool, throwing darts and even playing corn hole. Bathrooms were very nice and big. I would highly recommend checking it out.

A small group of friends stopped by Fricks after a funeral service for one of our dearest friends. The bartender, bless her heart for putting up with us, was amazing and the WONDERFUL dude, that for some reason, we can’t remember his name but we called him Austin the rest of the night because he lived there for a bit, but he was tall and had short almost spiked dull white hair, a basketball jersey on and had glasses and he was most gracious to our little group of life long friends. It was our first time stopping in there after the reopening. All of us agreed that we would most definitely do it again. We got a little loud at times and apologized for it but considering the circumstances that we were there for, our bafoonery was forgiven. The staff that was there putting up with us today turn down a real hard day for all of us into a little bit of an easier one. Thank you so much for putting up with all of us!

I love that they kept the peice of hideous carpet from the old place, in front of the fireplace. Maria was an awesome waitress, she was attentive and friendly. We had a blast playing Foosball and pool.
