Stopped here for lunch after some errands in Old Town Pas. So glad we did – the food was amazingly good. Try the Cali burrito and definitely order chips and Pico de gallo!

I’ve been here 3 times in the past week. Carne asada nachos are their best item on the menu. Portion is good for a Male. Just right for two females. Micheladas are really good. Employees make them slightly different from one another but still good. Highly recommend this spot. Stop playing and come down and get cha grub on.

I got the combo plate and everything on it tasted as good as it looked before i devoured it without breathing jk but was just flat out good.

I can only rate the chicken mole tacos and burritos, as that is all I ever order when I go to Frida’s. I had the mole the first time I went there and it is so tasty that I can’t imagine ordering anything else when I am there- I am a creature of habit, and when I find something I like, I am hooked. Yes, that good- especially with the green sauce. The combination of flavors is so incredibly satisfying.

I only ordered a taco and some fries. First of all it took them forever to get my order but no big deal the place is new so maybe they’re still learning things. The taco I got was delicious but it was almost $3. My fries were wonderful and reasonably priced. My main problem is that this area most places sell tacos for $1 or $1.50 at the most so I was pretty disappointed with the prices. As I browsed over the menu and saw that the other items were pretty badly overpriced. So basically, if you want to spend that money on tacos go ahead, they were delicious, but I probably won’t be going back there anytime soon because why would I spend $3 on a taco that’s almost the same as a $1 one somewhere else.

Everything about this place was really good. Laid back atmosphere and the food tasted amazing. We ordered 2 taco combos and each combo came with two tacos. One combo was all carne asada and the other combo was chicken and al pastor, both combo plates included beans and rice on the side. Can’t complain about the portions, especially since the tacos came piled high with meat. The hot sauce was really good and the red sauce is very spicy so be advised. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was because of the price. It was on the high side since the two taco combos (which were the cheaper of the items on the menu) plus one drink came out to about 20 dollars. However, if you don’t mind the price, definitely swing by and try their tacos.

Had lunch there today to great disappointment. The salad dressing was quite unpleasant tasting, the chicken was dry and overcooked, but much worse was the old, partially rotten salad greens. They either have no pride in what they serve, or don’t know fresh, properly prepared food from terrible. The price was also very high for the salad, relative to the quantity of the ingredients, notwithstanding the quality. I’ll never go back.

I had friend’s from Mexico in town and they loved the place, so I guess the food is legit. A bit pricey, but the quality makes up for it. Plus, they are open late on weekends, so when there is too much police activity at King Taco at 3 a.m., hit this place up!
