I love this place! I would come here every week and feast their delicious food, however I will be cutting back significantly.I found a hair in my taco & I decided to look past it (kept eating it) but then I started to find multiple little hairs & I came to the conclusion that the cook must of had just got done with a hair cut Food is still phenomenal and always clean. This was the only hiccup in the past year or so that I’ve been going there.

5/19/2023 We came here when Frida’s Taqueria first opened and decided to come back. My wife had the Quesabirrias and I had the Carne Asada Enchilada plate. For our beverages I had a Pacifico Michelada and she had a Tamarind Jarritos. The food was as delicious as we remember. The service is good too. We highly recommend Ajua taqueria

Frida’s has to be the most authentic and delicious taqueria in Modesto. We had the quesabirria tacos and they were so fantastic. Perfectly crunchy on the outside and delicious meat and cheese combo on the inside. They also add the toppings on the side so they don’t get soggy as you eat. Frida’s is THE spot.

Make sure to double check your order before leaving they will give you whatever they want. I ordered two burritos with beans and rice only and two with asada they gave me three with asada when we have vegetarians at home. I live all the way in Salida had to dive all the way back to Modesto to get my correct order it’s super annoying and they ruined my day .

Me and my family were driving through Modesto and we were craving good Mexican food. Frida’s taqueria was absolutely awesome. We ordered the nachos, a mixed of tacos (pastor, carne aseda, and chicken) as well as the enchiladas. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. The food was fresh and super tasty. We brought home their hot sauce . I saved this restaurant and we’ll definitely come back next time we drive around.

Fridas is where Hispanics go to eat real Mexican food!! The red sauce they use on the tacos dorados reminds me of back home. I’ll never go to eat a taco truck again. I believe they have the best tacos in town. Menudo had so much flavor and didn’t smell. I’ve almost tried everything on their menu. Today I got chilaquilles and they we’re so crunchy. Ohhhh and the rice is perfectly seasoned with hints of garlic. I love this place.
