This was my first time trying Frida’s and I can confidently say I fully plan on being a regular. I was impressed with not only the staff but the variety of dishes that they offered. I was pleasantly surprised to see they have Mole dishes on their menu and could not wait to try their Enomoladas and after that meal, I strongly recommend you give it a shot.

The food is so good! The chips and cheese dip were great and my fajitas were fantastic. Everyone left full and satisfied. The wait for our meals to be brought out was longer than expected considering we were the first of only three tables in at the time but the food was more than good enough to make up for it. The staff were very friendly too.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Authentic Mexican Food that has the best flavor , is made to order, and served piping hot! The fajitas had so much steak it them, the macho burrito was so big and full of flavor. This place is so worth your time and money. The staff is so friendly and kind. And they don’t charge you for every little thing. The chocolate flan and tees leches cake were made in house and so delicious!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fridas The True Mexican Taste, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The restaurant, which started as a food truck and has now expanded into a full-fledged establishment, has truly elevated Mexican cuisine in Manhattan, KS.

Taco addict here, and I would absolutely go back to Fridas. I got a chorizo, pastor, and Carne asada tacos with a horchata, and I would order all 3 again without a doubt. They come with grilled onions, which I really enjoyed. Manhattan has about 3 good taco trucks that I will take turns going to!

Chips were not fresh. Salsa bland. Ordered a Torta. Nothing special, no taste of the pickled jalapeños at all. Very one note. Service at 4 in the afternoon was incredibly slow. Was given the chips and salsa with nothing to drink for the first 20 minutes until I finally asked for some water. One torta, 11.00 dollars! Final bill was 18.46 for a torta, small basket of fries( no ketchup to eat them with), and a Pepsi.

For a converted Long John Silvers, they did a great job on the make over, even got the slippery floors cleaned so you don’t slide. Great food and reasonable prices – so many places are jacking the price up to cover list revenue and higher wages. These guys know how to run efficiently. I had one of the several varieties of torta, next time the Manhatten burrito.

Really nice atmosphere, but I’m sorry to say that I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a vegetarian quesadilla plate and honestly thought they had made mistakenly left out the cheese. I called over the waiter and he pointed to a few brown bits of cheese fried onto the inside of the tortilla. No flavour whatsoever. We won’t be going back.
