No doubt, this place has THE BEST seafood in the Waco area! It’s so tasty! My hubby liked the shrimp basket, and I liked the catfish basket. But my top favorite was the Boudin Balls. OMG! They are soooo good!!!! The lemon cake is also a must buy. It’s delicious!!!

Holy cow. Don’t be concerned about the outside of the building. As we walked in we were greeted by the most accommodating wait staff. She took time to explain the menu and how it worked. As we were looking over the menu she brought a sample of the etouffee. Oh my goodness that was so good. Beyond words good.

This place is awesome! Food tastes great. Service was on top of things to get orders out fast. If you spice this place has some great options as well as some stuff you can’t get anywhere else. Then to beat all the prices are worth what you buy. Gotta try it at least once!

The food was to die for and much better than Papadeaux. It was very authentic and fresh. One customer was complaining about where the owner got the fish. The owner, Ms. Stacey, provided the customer with first-hand products, and I know her husband or boyfriend was embarrassed. Ms. Stacey had a worker bring out the box of real fish. The man said, ” You do this every time we eat out.” I will be coming back soon, sometime in July. It’s worth the drive. Thanks again, Ms. Stacey.

Huge selection of dinners. Honestly the BEST etouffee that I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve eaten it all over the South for the last 45 years. Perfect seasonings and great people make it truly a favorite place! We will be back every time we are in town.
