I’ve been coming here for years since I was a child. The woman who owns this establishment is very sweet and hardworking. If you know anything about Haitian culture they can be very stoic at times and they mean no harm by it.It’s truly just they way they are.If you need something just ask, they’ll give it to you.If you need to order go to the counter first order and let them know you want sit in and eat, if you had a call in order go to the counter and let them know you called in and they should have it out momentarily. Most of the people commenting are mad at someone directly in the restaurant or probably haven’t been there before and don’t understand the way it operates or couldn’t get their way and decided to leave a nasty comment.I recommend their chicken, turkey or gryo plate they all taste great!

Worst customer service experience, the girl was rude, serving the food while she’s on the phone. I called to tell her that I am ready to pay, she responded wait with an attitude. We should do better in our customer service, otherwise you will lose your customers. Will never go back

Food is pretty good better than the other restaurant that are in collier county. The only negative I have is when I call to place an order, I am told that it will be ready in 15 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes and I had to wait an additional 15 more minutes for my food. I found it better to just go there and place the order on site and wait for it. Customers service can improve but that goes for most Haitians restaurants.

We actually need to stop our comments as what customers think don’t mind the owner of the restaurant. I was trying to mention their lack of communication, the tardiness of their service, and thoese negative feedbacks will ruin their reputation, was told by the owner that their are doing great negative feedback online won’t stop people from coming. Unfriendly & What? This restaurant needs to rename their establishment. If you enter this restaurant, and the patron does not acknowledge or greet you. “Walk out.” When I noticed my food was incomplete, the kitchen cook walked toward me, holding a dirty spoon to inspect my food. When I asked her what was she doing, she said that she was confirming that my order was complete. I immediately asked for a refund, she said she will not give me back my money, then walked away. Then, I heard her say, “If I call myself a female, how come I don’t go home and cook the meal myself correctly”☹@#!*^#

The authenticity of the food is exceptional! Love their pork and snapper dishes with all the trimmings.They even recently launch an American breakfast menu that is great for early risers and very well priced for what you get. Aspil the owner is very friendly and loves to take care of his customers you can clearly see how much he loves what he is doing. Great to see local restaurantors making it and contributing to the communities that they are in.
