It’s soooo good that this is my 3rd night in a row eating it. It’s beyond amazing! The chicken katsu is superb and so is the potato Mac salad. I dream about it! You will not be disappointed.

Great food and awesome service, highly recommend the otai. Everything on the menu tastes amazing. Sometimes there is a line but I promise it’s well worth the wait. Go shower them with your support.

Got the 3 meat combo. 22.50. 2types of chicken one fried with an outstanding sauce and grilled seasoned, both are just delicious. The beef tips were just ok. Tad pricey but still very good food

Friendly Islands Grill catered our daughter’s birthday party. They provided their BBQ chicken (regular and gluten free) and a huge batch of ‘Otai drink. It was absolutely amazing!! The chicken was very delicious and a huge crowd pleaser! We had plenty for everyone and then some! They were so easy to work with! 100% recommend!

Visited today for dinner and ordered their special which was a Fijian Chicken Curry and I also got their ‘Otai drink in a mason jar! It was absolutely delicious, lots of meat and veggies in a gorgeous curry sauce over white rice. The portions were very generous, especially for the price! The ‘Otai drink was so refreshing and adorable, I love that I get to keep the cute little mason jar as well!

A fitting name for a quaint eatery. Small in stature but very satisfying to any person seeking something out of the ordinary. The food tells a lot about the time, energy and love that is poured into perfecting a wholesome meal. Every bite takes you on a journey to places in the South Pacific or maybe experiences that reminded you of a tropical paradise. Very thankful to have stopped on through. These folks don’t expect customers, they welcome families. Please remove slippas before entering. Malo e lava mai.

We’ve gotten to know the people behind the great food of Friendly Islands Grill quite well over the summer! Not only do they have some of the best shrimp I’ve had, they are some of the hardest workers I’ve met! They are an awesome bunch of people that you want at your event, big or small! They have also been super helpful to others in the food industry, and I love trading food with them! Super excited that they’ll be opening up a new location in Post Falls!
