So we showed up. Needed to be able to plug in. The waitress, mature and over worked. But, she accommodated us to the best of her ability. So we had a spoiled 7 yr old who was totally rude to her. Yes,! I corrected the child. It’s the first time we ever ate out with these particular people. I didn’t know what to expect. We will never do it again. but the food was okay. The waitress amazing. The atmosphere okay. Like eating at a McDonald’s during the week. Blah. The company? Ugh

Food was not as good as it use to be from what I can remember. It has been awhile since I been to Friendly’s. Use to love it. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. A+ for that. Server was Friendly and professional. Food did take longer then expected for very little customers. I give the benefit of doubt that staff shortage could be the cause of that. We still tipped pretty well. The thing I’m mostly upset about. Is the extra charge we got on card. They took the tip out twice. Not cool. We was told to call back when General Manager would be there. We tried for over an hour and no one answered. Got to say. That is a first for us. Such a shame.

Had a friend visit from out of state, was so excited to introduce him to the honey barbecue super melt. With that said, I will never be back to Friendly’s again. What once was our families? Favorite spot has turned into a dump. As we are sitting at our table, only four of us, four families came and went and three other tables got their food before we did. We sat for over an hour with a toddler waiting. We ordered the simplest of menu items. Do not get a chocolate milk with the kids menu as it is an extra charge. Do not get an ice coffee because it is hot coffee poured over ice which then turns into half water half coffee. Zero out of 10 stars recommend for this location unfortunately, this past time has come to an end, as we will not be returning.

It was a very nice night when we arrived. Our server was very delightful and very attentive to our needs. Our food was served hot and fresh and within a timely manner. It had been awhile since I had last been to friendlys as the one closest to me had closed down…

I gave it a 2 because staff has been wicked friendly the 2 times I’ve been here. But their food sucks and so doesn’t their ice cream selection. There are much better ice cream parlors around than Friendlys. Even walking into the building feels sticky and gross.

Why on Earth is there an extra charge for a side when you order a kids meal? No other location charges extra. Not to mention, the staff doesn’t even know what the charge is. And honestly, if I asked to substitute ranch for honey mustard, and the kitchen forgets the ranch, why am I being charged extra for it on the side? Also, the town wants to use paper straws, I get it, but they’re using plastic here – why aren’t their kids straws? The giant red straw is double the size of a kids cup. Food was mediocre. Service was fine; it’s not their fault management is the way it is. But Plymouth sure thinks highly of themselves. It’s Friendly’s, not the Ritz.
