The waiter didn’t ask us once if we needed anything else. Asked for extra napkins 4 times before getting them. Asked for the napkins and ordered our desert (with a 3 year old) and the waiter was all over the place, even just standing in the kitchen looking out at the restaurant, it was a good 15 to 20 minutes and then he still brought out the dessert but no napkins and I had to ask again.

This place isn’t bad, my first time was great no issues at all. Second time was a little different, they had the drink order wrong, my wife found a huge piece of hair in her food and I feel like we got a little attitude because we asked to exchange it. And although there were plenty staff, o felt as if we waited really long, and wasn’t sure who was my wait staff, the manager was helping us, than another person, than manager again. But we will go back again, we all have bad days.

To all who like Friendly’s this store and only this store is the cleanest and has the most friendliest people working there of all ages. We have been to many stores and have been disappointed, BUT!! this is the head of the fleet out of all of them. Stop in and you be the judge and if you not satisfied THEN NO ONE CAN PLEASE YOU. I think this may be the worst service I ever had at a restaurant. Our server forgot my husband’s soup and I had to ask another server to get it. Our food was brought out and we had to then ask for silverware. Our server never came back until it was time to order ice cream. No refills offered. She brings the check and I notice that there was a charge for my daughter’s drink even though it is supposed to be included with her meal. I questioned why it was on the bill and she said it was because she had it in a large cup, which we didn’t request. She just brought it out that way. I waited tried to get her attention several times to pay the check and she completely ignored us. I finally went up to the front and asked someone else to ring me up. At this point I was informed that I couldn’t use my coupon because one of the meals that we got was considered a promotion. I am by far not cheap, but that is really ridiculous. It wouldn’t have been so bad if we had actually received good service. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I had a good time here. I went for my birthday. Friendly staff and GOOD food. Sighed up on the app and got a free sundae. Was a good experience until I started to eat the free sundae, it came with a piece of cardboard in it. Thank you how nice

Worst experience ever! We arrived there was only two other small tables in use. The restaurant was otherwise empty. Took a long time to get our first drinks. Then the tables slowly started filling up. Took over 30 min to even order food. Then it took about 45 min to get our food, and then the food was cold. We were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. We had to ask to get ice cream, as it wasn’t offered. After 20 more minutes of waiting, i went up to ask if they have even started making our ice cream. It took 25 min to get our ice cream, and then they forgot one. It was understaffed, but yet people came and went. We were here celebrating my granddaughters 9th birthday, and we had a table of young children, ranging from 9 months to 12. After 1 1/2 hours the kids were getting rambunctious. And not only all of the above, they were out of a lot of food we wanted to order. Worst service ever.

Whoever is in charge of checking orders for takeout/DoorDash, needs to do a better job at checking the labels and putting food in the right bags. Always getting someone else’s order when it arrives. It’s frustrating.

Waitress was nice, friendly, and well mannered. I wouldn’t give it more than 2 stars because they have NO GLUTEN FREE options for any of their menu items. We are in 2023 people. There are people with food allergies and as a restaurant operating for the people, you’d think management would make this a priority. Definitely will never eat at Friendlys again unless they change their menu to be more gluten friendly.
