Walked in right around 20ish minutes before they closed! We had found them online and saw they closed at 2pm then when we arrived the door actually said new hours with closing at 1pm we asked when walking in if it was ok to still sit down & the lady informed us we close at 1 so we still sat! And I must say I’m so glad they let us! Literally the best food! I ordered the cherry pie French toast with the house fries & it was the best French toast I’ve tasted! The waitress was also the nicest as well! Also saw a few local car tags from near our hometown! All around great experience! We will be back!

We ate breakfast here for fathers day. It’s a small café, so feels a little crowded when full. The staff were nice and accommodating, The food portions were large, and at a good price. The food it self tasted delicious. It was a tad warm inside, and bathroom could use an update. But all in all it was a nice little breakfast nook, and would eat here again!

The food was okay. Not the best biscuits and gravy like everyone says, but I’m from the south so I’m used to really good ones with pieces of sausage. Huz had Philly omelet was brown on the outside with a piece of American cheese on top. No cheese inside. Disappointed. Our server was nice but there were a couple of ladies in there(managers? Owners?) that were snooty and seemed to look down on the patrons. Especially the super skinny one she would have soon spit on you than speak. They never said anything but just had stink faces on they were rude without even saying anything! Won’t be back!

On Sunday, we enjoyed the Steak and Eggs cooked to order nicely as well as the French Toast Special with nice thick Bacon. Pleasant service in a quaint small town cafe ambiance. Prices affordable enough to make regular visits (if only we lived closer). Oh, and be sure to purchase some brownies on your way out , if you like it chocolaty rich and cakey not heavy!

Asked for a half order of biscuits and gravy got a full and was charged for a full the biscuits was way to cold no seasoning on anything. The waitress never came back to see if we needed refills nor did she clear our table. For some it might be the hot spot but for me I won’t be back and don’t recommend if you like seasoned food

One of the few places open before 8am and my brother, a local, recommended. Our server came by and asked if we were ready but when my wife hesitated she just said “I’ll come back” and left. She came back after a few and could not have been more perfunctory in her order taking. Food was dropped off as was the checks never to see our server again. Food was pretty good but I’m guessing “Friends” is code for locals only as she chatted up others and visited their table for refills more than once. It’s a place I may return to but only if I’m starving before the many other “friendlier” places open.
