Placed an order online and the website was having an issue which I did not realize until I showed up to pick up my lunch. They were super friendly and (apologetic – which was not necessary) and made my food super fast. Loved the customer service in making it right and being so so friendly. Food is really good too, but the service will make me come back again and again!

Really good food. The food is always fresh; the hot meals are hot, and the cold meals are cold. The owner remembers the names of the regulars and she likes to joke around. She takes pride in her cafe and makes sure that her customers are taken care of. There isn’t one meal that I had that I didn’t love. If you work in the building and haven’t tried one of her daily specials, you should. I’ve never once experienced my food tasting bad, found a hair, or my chicken not fully cooked. Her cafe is always clean. I eat here about every other day during the work week.

Incredible! Our office is in the PNC building with Friends Café and let me tell you…. we could not be happier!!! We all eat there as much as possible and recommend to all of our clients. Everything is delicious, reasonably priced and comes with a smile. It feels like family there 🙂 Highly recommend!!!

This is a hidden gem! It’s tucked away in the back of the PNC building off of Big Beaver, serves some of the best shawarma sandwiches, New York style deli sandwiches, and unique made to order breakfast dishes.
