I’m amazed… I asked for a simple egg and Cheese sandwich and they came out with this piece of art… The sandwich perfectly toasted with butter if you want… The egg made in the oven.. NOT MICROWAVE!!! IS AMAZING… the cheese melting in the top of the egg… Amazing… The new chef is fantastic ant the owners are awesome.

This is definitely a hidden gem worth discovering! We got takeout for lunch from here, and the hot sandwiches are great. We ordered a turkey club, a meatball sub, and a German steak sandwich. Everything we got was excellent, and the selection of wine and beer is extremely extensive. The service was quick, and the people are friendly. There’s also a nice seating area where you can dine in or wait while your food is being freshly prepared. We’ll definitely be back to try more sandwiches and other menu items!

I’m standing outside this place at 8:40 pm on a Saturday night. Google says it’s open. It’s not. No answer when calling. Please update your hours if they are incorrect so not to inconvenience customers.

My wife and I have lived in this neighborhood for several years and this store is fantastic. We routinely get breakfast sandwiches, lunch, snacks, wine and beer here. They have wine tastings here on select nights as well. My wife and I have been here hundreds of times and have never had a bad experience. The owner Tenny and her family are wonderful. Once last year, the air conditioning in our apartment building went out during a heat wave last year. When Tenny overheard us complaining about it one afternoon, she unplugged on of the fans she had going in the store and lent it to us on the spot. We LOVE Friendship Gourmet!!

I come here regularly for the sandwiches and the beer and wine selection. The staff are friendly and always up for a chat. The prices are very reasonable, and they even host wine tastings from time to time. I highly recommend this place as a quality local spot.

Went in for the first time and had a bizarre interaction with the clerk. Instead of greeting me or asking if she could help me find anything she said “I’m watching you.” and provided no further assistance. The beer is unpriced and another gentleman working there was unable to inform me of the prices.

The sandwich was fine. I got a 60 dollar ticket when I stepped outside to eat it because the woman who took my order requested that the police come and ticket my car. She had asked where I was parked when I ordered the sandwich, and I pointed it out tiss7ed o her. As a courtesy, those who patronize the store may park in front. I started to eat in the store, but went outside because she was screeching at the cook. Do not eat here unless you are prepared to pay a 60 dollar surcharge on your meal. The ticket was issued 17 minutes after I ordered the sandwich (10 minutes after I received it). I have uploaded a copy of the receipt and the ticket.
