Nachos consisted of ten – yes, you could count them – tortilla chips. It was more of an appetizer. The salsa that came with the complimentary chips tasted like tomato paste. I notified the waitress. She apologized and was kind. Atmosphere was lovely. For the price, the nachos were not worth it. In the end, it was hot outside, so my father-in-law was satisfied that there weren’t more nachos on his plate.

The gentleman in the blue shirt did a great job. Service was terrible otherwise, but I still gave her a decent tip. Food not very good. My son didn’t even it it. But- Margarita was yummy. Salsa tasted like canned tomato and the salsa with my meal was just spicy. No other flavor. Blue shirt guy- great but this was a waste for $44.00.

We ordered the fajita trio, taco dinner and quesadillas for delivery. Asked for a side of queso and absolutely no quacamole. The queso was $1.50 extra. It came in a tiny cup and tasted like watered down garbage. There was guacamole everywhere.

Cute little humble atmosphere. The food was impressive especially the rice. The outside of the restaurant doesn’t really match what you get inside. I would definitely recommend this place. The nachos were really good as well.

First-time at this restaurant. Was greeted by the smell of either bad cleaning product or “urine of a public restroom” smell. The place is a bit dark and dingy, but perhaps that’s the ambience. It took a bit for a staffer to come to the front to seat us. I mention this because I saw other patrons experience this each time. It would be better if the staff would greet each one and say, “Welcome… I’ll be right with you…” instead of having them stand there confused. The wait staff themselves got the job done. They did not appear understaffed for the number of patrons, but they also did not go out of their way to be friendly with anyone as the procedure at better establishments. The meat in several dishes was cooked well and was the star. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was bland, including the beans, rice, salsa, and queso. I hope they can work on these issues for future patrons.

The food was excellent. I got 2 beef enchiladas and a taco, with rice and beans for $13. The Diet Coke was $3.50 and I asked for a refill and was given a 6 oz paper cup. So felt cheated on the drink. With tax and tip, it came up to $20.50 for one person to eat dinner. Price just too high. No senior menu, no military discount, no senior discount. Forget it.

We almost did not go, because there were so many mixed reviews. That would’ve be a mistake. Ruby our server was very accommodating! She made up what she didn’t know by always being honest thanks then finding out the answer! I think it is tragic they aren’t utilizing there patio. But the food was really good! The queso with ground beef all the way to the margaritas! Frijoles is a great find for us! The atmosphere was laid back traditional cantina vibe.
