This was our first time visiting this restaurant being that we are new in town. The place was clean and cozy. Our server Darlene was polite and made my wife and me feel comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh. I downloaded the app and got a free dessert. Its was tasty. Nice place to visit.

Do not EVER go to this restaurant! I ordered a chicken sandwich combo for $12.27 and they asked us to pull up. We were told to pull up then waited 15 minutes by the bigboy statue before I went into the store and waited another five minutes before someone came to the front to tell me that they still haven’t completed the order even though four other cars were served while we were waiting and didn’t want to wait any longer and asked for my money back. When the cashier went to tell the manager she had nothing but snoty comments with the cashier and then only gave me $10.27 back and when I told her it was actually $12.27 she called me a liar and asked for my receipt. I explained that I didn’t have the receipt because the cashier had taken my card but not given me a receipt. She then handed me another dollar and told me to leave. I tried to tell her that wasn’t what I paid and she told me to leave again and I asked to see the receipt and she told me “No” I don’t have to show you the receipt. I stormed out and got my phone and came back to pull up my bank information and proved she was wrong. She could clearly see the price and still told me to leave. My girlfriend came in at this point and asked her for the corporate number and she told us “no, google it!” When we asked for her name she said she didn’t have to give it to us. With no other choice but to leave we left. My girlfriend called the store today ask for the managers name and she was laughed at and told “nice try and hung up on. I will no longer be a patron of Frisch’s ever again and I have been going there for 30+ years! I will tell everyone I know about it in hopes they don’t have to go through what we did!

Love the fish/Cod sandwich, but it isn’t always good since they don’t change grease enough. The last 2 times we stopped in, the fish was almost as dark as a burger. Big Boys are always fresh & tasty. Deserts are well made.

Understaffed. The taste of the food was great, but they were understaffed and overwhelmed. The employees there were very kind and apologetic, but I waited 15 minutes to get my food that was supposed to be on the pickup shelves. Two employees walked in while I was waiting, and I think that’s the only reason I Wan my there longer. Once I was home, my order had obviously sat in the bag as everything was cold. I used my air fryer to reheat the food, which was very good or i would have only given 2 stars for the effort of the people working.

It’s been awhile sense I have been to a big boy. I went for the breakfast buffet and I will say the additional option to have fresh eggs, hashbrown and toast made to order included in the price was nice. Buffet was hot and pretty good when I went and my server was extremely nice and professional

Needs a neg 1,000. How the heck you get entire freaking order wrong or burnt to a crisp. I started kids meals no cheese and plain, you gave no cheese and burnt. Big Boy com sand looks punched and burnt. Onion Rings burnt to a crisp. Had to have them remake hot fudge at wind and sec looks shaken. Ten to twenty drive through. Used to be best now worst ever.
