Frolik is a rooftop restaurant and bar in Seattle with a beautiful view of the city. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant, and there are plenty of things to do on the rooftop, such as playing cornhole, table shuffleboard, or just enjoying the views. The food is also good, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, Frolik is a great place to visit with family and friends.

Visited on a late Sunday evening and it was not very busy. My server Stephen was awesome – he was attentive and provided great conversation. I couldn’t decide between two dishes, so I ordered more food than I should have, but went away full and satisfied. Basic smash burger was good – not quite sure about the the choice of American cheese, but overall it was a tasty burger and the bun was good quality. Fungi flatbread was a good combination of pesto and mushroom flavor – I think they should expand their selection of different flatbreads with other toppings, because it’s a good quality crust and was prepared well.

Had breakfast today- this was easily one of the best breakfasts I’ve had while in Seattle. The breakfast Sammie was crazy good- who would imagine the combination of ingredients on top of the potato roll would result in such an amazing sandwich? Thank you Alex for such a creative and delicious breakfast! ! Also, the service was really great- Stephan was very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on! Went here Monday night as we were looking for a fun place for after dinner drinks with a view. Upon arrival you are greeted with a sign asking you to please wait to be seated, so we did… and then continued to wait over 7 minutes and not once was acknowledged. During that time the host and 2 wait staff who were across the room talking, looked over, saw us waiting, but still offered no assistance. We ended up seating ourselves, and again waited much longer before being acknowledged. We even tried to order at the bar and couldn’t find a bartender. Finally a server acknowledged that we had been waiting a while and offered to help. Mauricio was great and helped us order some white wine and sangria. The drinks were fine and overpriced but the overall attitude of the restaurant workers really put us off. Quickly paid our check and left. Icing on the cake was that a 20% auto gratuity was already included on the tab. Will NOT be returning here.

This is way overdue. First off shoutout to the manager Shelton. There was a mix up in transition from breakfast to lunch which was beyond taken care of before we even knew if the issue, Super friendly and helpful. Next is Stephen, he was our server who was attentive, friendly and had zero issues moving us inside after it cooled down quite a but on the patio. And the star of the show Charlie, the cook. The food was absolutely amazing. Originally my wife was going to be the only one ordering food but after the delay while they were switching over to lunch I decided to order as well. This was the best mistake that could have happen. I ended up getting the crispy chicken sandwich which by the name alone seems basic. But that description under the “basic” name had me willing to take a chance. By far the BEST “chicken sandwich” I have had. And I say that with the quotations because something that good should have a better title. Thanks again all around. We originally were here staying at the motif. Will not be returning to the hotel but Frolik? Definitely!

The craft cocktails are unique and delicious. But the best was the kitchen and the food. Absolutely phenomenal and probably the best I’ve had in the PNW. From the salmon dinner to my morning toasted bagel with lox, cream cheese and pickled red onion, they knock it out of the park. Way to go!
