I’m a waitress and I truly NEVER complain about anything anywhere. However, I feel like people should be made aware. I had a 3rd birthday party this past weekend there and there were a bunch of ants right next to my dessert table. I was so embarrassed because my guests kept coming up to me to let me know and the kids were smashing them with their fingers. We had to move the whole thing across the room. I get that ants happen especially this time of year and I was going to let it go. However, I then spoke with the owner about it and he basically just said it’s a problem they have and then proceeded to blame it on me and told me food should not have been on that wall. No one ever communicated that to us and to be honest I didn’t think to make sure my food wasn’t on the ant wall at a restaurant. After that conversation my friend who brought the desserts told me she asked the worker there if it was okay to put desserts where we had them and she said it was okay. I’ve been to multiple birthday parties at this establishment and enjoyed them and I really like their food, but I was very disappointed with my experience and the lack of effort to make it right.

We have been regular customers of From Italy for the past ten years that we’ve lived in Springdale. Last night we had friends visiting from out of town and picked up a pepperoni and white pizza to share and they were mind blown by how delicious both were. We are lucky to have such a great spot so close to us!!

I thought the white pizzas were a bit bland but everything else was pretty good. I recommend the steak or pepperoni rolls. Two nice sized rolls and you can tell someone knows how to shape and score the dough. They’re nicely made and taste great.
