I did not enjoy the food. Too much salt, and the food was also cold. I have a problem enjoying food in Texas, period, because of too much salt. Please do not put salt in my food; I will add salt. Thanks.

Very nice location across from SMU and very curtious wait staff, but the chicken in the Caesar salad must have died from old age and was as tough as any I ever experienced; and the baked white fish was baked and reheated from many days ago. Hands down the worst dining experience in Dallas I have experienced.

The menu online is different. We looked at the menu (while driving in the area) before deciding to dine there and had to change based on the menu we were given, which was limited. The food was fine, just not what we thought we were getting.

Never even got a chance to order. I showed up at 645, and waited for 15 minutes at the host desk and no one came over after 15 minutes I asked someone if I could sit wherever and they said yes and that someone would be right over. At 7:30 I just walked out I couldn’t even get someone to drop off a water and a menu. I have never been in a place that had that long of a wait just to get a menu in front of me.

Heard this place is good for both brunch and for dinner so this review is for dinner and specifically during restaurant week.

Came here for drinks at 7pm, relatively early for a Saturday night and to our surprise it was pretty empty. Thinking this was perfect for our party of 9 as we were meeting for a friends Birthday we took a seat at the booth directly in front if the bar. The server was very nice but clearly overwhelmed as her help was lacking urgency or motivation. (1server/1 buss boy) There were three other events being hosted at the hotel that night and it was clear the restaurant was understaffed. We waited over 40 minutes to be acknowledged and another 30 just be served some, not all of our drinks. Unfortunately those drinks were not made correctly. At this point we were over it and our now hour and a half long experience for 4 nasty drinks we couldn’t even drink. The manager was understanding and comped our bill. The server was understanding and apologized.

This was disappointing. I went into the bar with a group of people. It took 30 minutes to order an old fashioned and it took another 30 minutes to get my drink to me. Another person in our group got a moscow mule that was disgusting. My old Fashioned was also disgusting. Other drinks in the bar had coctail ice cubes. I had ice chips from a vending machine. For being a nicer place, they can not seem to get how the bar should run. Refused to order food because 1 drink took an hour! Will never return. Nor will any of the 12 people that were with me.

We stayed in Lumen and wanted to have some breakfast so we gave front room a go and it was not a good idea. Please don’t come here for breakfast, food looks sad and tastes greasy, don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

the food was incredibly expensive. I paid $15 for a small breakfast burrito. my husband had $10 eggs and bacon. He ordered the $15 pancakes on the side and they were brought out late and when they got to the table they were so cold. we had to send them back. Then chef Johhny came to our table and gave me the correct breakfast burrito which was huge, apparently the one the line cook made the first time was not correct. The chef apologized profusely and gave me a to go box with the free correct meal. finally the hot pancakes were brought out.
