Grilled meatloaf and cheese sandwich was fantastic. Tasty take on a patty melt. Potato and bacon soup equally tasty. Super friendly staff and great atmosphere. It’s tucked in between a pair of buildings and not easy to see from the street. Watch for the road sign or you’ll drive right past it. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is the best! We moved to the area a few months ago and we don’t typically eat out much, but if we’re going to, frontier cafe is the spot! Great breakfast, friendly service, and awesome diner atmosphere. Service is always quick and served with a smile no matter what time of day we go and the food is great. It’s a very low key place that makes you feel like you’re having a home cooked meal at grandma’s (which is the highest compliment). If you’re feeling adventurous, turn one of the omelets into a breakfast burrito..you won’t regret it! We love this place. Definitely recommend!!

Met someone there for a short meeting before breakfast and the server was very patient with us until we finished our discussion then happily took our order. Hotcakes were huge and delicious. Definitely give them a try. All the locals do!

This place looks like a definite locals hang out. I thought that was cool. Everyone seeming like they knew each other. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. So nice you could picture working there and having fun, chatting up the locals and looking forward to the camaraderie each day.

My dad and I arrived at noon on Monday. Ordered about 10 minutes later, it was over an hour before we received our lunch. We finally finished up and left at around 1:40 pm. Very very slow. was not impressed with the flavor of the frontier burger. To much BBQ sauce.

My daughter and I ate here and OMG!!!! My daughter ordered the Steak and Shrimp Combo and I had the Fried Chicken. The steak was done (well done) and JUICY. My daughter cut into it and the juices just ran. It was soooo good. The fried chicken was just as good. It was tender and juicy as well and I HIGHLY recommend Frontier Cafe over CJ’s Den any day. The service is 100 times better and the food is exceptional.

Overall, the atmosphere was slow paced, friendly, and reminds me of my childhood. The food was decent. Everything was fresh, and served hot. The menus were simple, with no flare.
