Southern Old Style Smoked Meats. On my husbands 16 foot smoker trailer. We fill it with meat, smoke it all night long with oak and hickory. It’s coming off the smoker when we open, so when it’s gone it’s gone until tomorrow. And of course all our homemade sides that compliment our meat real fine. Top it all off with homemade cake or pie for dessert! BYOB

The Goliath (1 Person, 1 Hour)
1 Rack of Ribs, 1/2lb. Brisket, 1/2lb. Turkey, 1/2 Chicken, 1 Meatloaf Combo, Judy B, Doug z, 1 Pint each of Brocc and cauli salad and Coleslaw, And 2 Pieces of Cornbread. MUST be in restaurant to attempt challenge! If challenge is not completed within the hour you will be charged for food. If all food is done before the hour it is FREE of charge. This challenge is only available on Sunday.
The David (1 Person, 1/2 Hour)
1/2 Rack Ribs, 1/4 lb. Brisket, 1/4 lb. Turkey, 1/4 Chicken, Doug z, 1 pint any side, and 1 piece of cornbread. Must be in restaurant to attempt challenge! If the challenge is not completed within the 1/2 hour you WILL be charged for the food. If all food is finished within the 1/2 hour the food is FREE of charge. This challenge is only available for Saturday or Sunday.

Decided to take a Sunday Drive and ended up here. Walked in and the smell made your mouth start watering. There are so many options we opted for the Mountain so we could try everything. Brisket, ribs, chicken, turkey and had to try the meatloaf. All tasted as amazing as they smelled and the sides…mouth watering! Can’t wait to come back this unmet and enjoy the patio overlooking the Illinois River. Tomorrow’s breakfast will be amazing as well as the portions are plentiful!!!

Yeeeeees. They’re not charging enough. An absolute winner – best BBQ in the several hundred mile range. My guy built his own smoker and the result is a labor of love. It’s the best brisket I’ve ever had. Possibly the best ribs. Creative and thoughtful sides. Sauce is bomb, especially the Fro. View from the dining is excellent. Everything about this place is great.
