This place has the worst service. Just waited in line for 20 minutes. One person is working. We can see four other people inside. Three grill isn’t working, I’ve never seen it work, and now there is no soft serve ice-cream! We always support local businesses, but this is the fourth time we’ve come here and probably the last. Drove down the mountain for nothing!

Great food. Lots of outdoor seating. This isn’t a “fast food” venue. Depending on the time of day, it may take 5 or 10 minutes to fill your order. But the wait is worth it. I saw a couple of banana split orders go by. They looked fantastic. A friend had a “veggie” burger that doesn’t show up on the menu. She said it’s the best she’s ever had.

Took forever just to order then they misplaced the order. Very sloppy management and delivery of product. Soft Serve Ice cream was okay but not unlike Subway who doesn’t know how to make a sandwich they don’t know how to make a Hot Fudge Sundae either. They line the cup with Hot Fudge and then put the frosty on top of that. Period. So No Hot Fudge on top of the soft serve and to make matters worse the Frosty starts melting almost immediately creating a liquid mote around the mound of Frosty. Messed Up is what it is ! Not to mention you then have to dig through all of that to get at the Hot Fudge which has decided it likes the styrofoam more than you or the frosty. Utterly Amazing

Do not eat here if you value your time. Each time I have come here it has taken 30-40 minutes to receive food. They are under staffed and have broken kitchen equipment. I understand Covid was tough, but that can’t be an excuse anymore in July 2023, sorry.

We had just finished a 16 mile hike and we’re looking for someplace to grab a quick bite. We saw Frosty Burger and pulled right in and so glad we did! The burgers and fries were so good and the shakes and malts were a perfect treat after a long trail day. I am out that way hiking all the time, so I will definitely be back!

Great place to get lunch or ice cream, especially if youre out at Pine Valley or Corral Canyon OHV areas for a day of riding. The burgers are very tasty. There is parking, outdoor seating, NO bathroom; the county park across the street has rest rooms.

Stopped in with the family yesterday. Today after spending 50 to eat, we’re all sick from the food! Nothing else in the area to eat, so we decided to try them. Never go back again. Fries were soggy and tasteless, completely under cooked. Thanks but no thanks, and we drove over an hour to try this place.

We always love coming here. Every trip to San Diego and back home we make sure to stop for at least an Ice Cream cone. When we have the kids we love to take our food over to the park and allow them play and get out their wiggles to finish the rest of the trip.

food wasn’t bad, but service was quite slow & mildly grumpy. They charge $0.50+tax for a packet of Ken’s ranch dressing, and the kid didn’t know how to make change for a dollar from a 54 cent purchase; The woman told him “just give her 56 cents” and he only gave me 52c, so he can’t count either lol. All seating is outside, no umbrellas. There wasn’t enough charm, value, or anything to make me want to go back there.
