Came today because of the great reviews and was not disappointed! Ordered a burger, fries and RC cola to go. Burger was phenomenal; tasted home made in the best way. Fries were a bit bland but still nice thick steak fries. Would recommend!

Great food at very reasonable prices. Quantity was tremendous (a large frosty cone is about a foot high!). Did take over 30 minutes to get our hamburgers/hot dogs/zucchini/fries. Staff was very friendly. Typical hamburger shack atmosphere (good A/C system on hot day). Definitely will be returning next time in Susanville.

Great food and nostalgic atmosphere. Great place to bring the family for soft serve ice cream. Their world famous burgers really are delicious. If you are ordering food don’t be in a rush because it is made to order and the wait time can be quite long.

I used to love this place. I have been several times over the years but today we waited 45min for a terrible burger and fry. Tiny portion and terrible quality of toppings and presentation. I never leave bad reviews but I hope that this can help the mgt and staff improve the quality of their food and service. The banana milkshake was out quick and was delicious.

We arrived at peakunch hour! After a moderate wait time, we enjoyed our food. The half pound World Burger was messy, but super yummy! And all the frosties and milkshakes coming out of the kitchen were so, so tempting!

I so appreciate how the staff here helped us out when we got there a little after 7:30 (and they close the grill at 7:30) wanting to order a hot meal. We had been on the road over 8 hours and were very hungry! Dylan, Ali and Chase were so awesome! They kept the grill open and made hotdogs, a cheeseburger, fries and a grilled cheese (which were really good!) and were so nice and friendly even though we were putting them out when they were trying to clean up before closing. Great service too! Dylan, Ali and Chase you guys totally rock! Thanks for saving the day!
