I ordered the #5, which was the double bacon burger. The meat was dry, unseasoned and thin. The tomatoes were thicker than the patties. I liked the crinkled fries. The place could be cleaner. Walls are dirty and a run of a milk substance on the menu screen. The person cooking that I can see had on a no sleeve shirt (tank top). I will not go back. Only you can make the decision on eating at this establishment.

My friend invited me and my dog Max for triple Sundaes, which were great! Max got a huge scoop of vanilla but only ate a couple of ounces (loved it!) as we sat at an outdoor table. Staff helped carry the sundaes out to where Max and I were waiting (dogs are not allowed in, but they didn’t say anything while I was ordering with Max on his leash, but then we quickly went outside to wait). All in all, a great way to beat the Fresno heat!

The cashier was nice and taking our orders. Price was reasonable with the amount of food that was given. The place was nice cozy and clean. Now they don’t have anything for kids (kids coloring with crayons or play sets) so my son was bored. However there cashier was nice enough to put cartoons on for my son. I hope this was helpful ☺️

It is a nice environment and everything was cooked well. It wasn’t to my taste but I Will try something different next time I go there. The boys seemed to really enjoy the handmade burgers.

We had a regular burger and bacon burger, no complaints. Fries were crispy and salty! Bathrooms were clean, price was reasonable. And they have a large assortment of food. I will be back. Have to try their pastrami!

The food here is great no question about that… on the other hand I don’t think owner takes time to clean the establishment it was very dirty and there was visible mold on the soda/ice machine. Tables were sticky and dirty bathroom was down right scary.

I tried this ace the other day and the service is a minus 0 in my experience. They took to long to make food and to answer the window. I sat there with no idea when my food was coming. They cover the window with paper so you can’t see what’s going on with your food or even to wave someone down. When I did finally get my food they wanted to charge 75 cents for the burger King size BBQ sauce. I thought that was crazy. There was no apology for the wait time and the girl working there could care less. The chicken strip were over cooked but tasted good. The Chile cheese fries had no flavor. It looks like a whole in the wall that has been there a long time. Usually I like the holes in the wall they have good food and good sevice just a old building. But not this place. I will never good back. They made me late to Disney on Ice. One unhappy mama.

After an evening of last minute christmas shopping on christmas eve, it was getting late and came across frosty queen as i was heading home. Bought everyone in my household one of there biggest burger combos and they did not fail to deliver. The burger had over five patties, yes five! Which is insane compared to other fast food chains. I had to squeeze the burger to sorta fit in my my mouth. Me and my family were all joking as to its massive size. Definitely had a good experience and the portion you get over price makes me want to come back and try out other things on there menu.

The food was delicious and the prices were pretty fair. One thing to keep in mind is that the portion sizes are pretty big. A small cone is more like a medium or large sized cone at most fast food joints.
