My wife and I wanted to try them due to amazing reviews, and we love coffee so we did. I ordered an iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and my wife ordered a vanilla bean frappe made with coffee. They both costed 10$ My iced coffee tasted like water, milk, and sugar! No coffee taste at all. My wife’s frappe tasted like a milkshake. For 10$, the drinks were small and it wasn’t great. The costumer service was good, and that’s all I can say for them. We won’t be returning to the rainsville location.

Coffee is great even though the same thing tastes different every time lol. But food is definitely a no go!!! I got a sausage egg and cheese sandwich this morning and it was hard as a rock and the paper around it was stuck to it with no way of getting it all pulled off!

Sat in line for 20 mins yesterday behind 1 car, upon reaching the window sat for another 5 mins while the 2 workers seemed to be chatting and just looking at us through the glass. We chose to leave and won’t be back. This is the 2 time we sat in line for a long time with only 1 car ahead. The coffee is great but they must get their service act together, we won’t be back.

4/20/22 Update: After having 3 or 4 frothy cafe mochas here, I had to travel to the ATL yesterday. While there, I visited, what was, my all-time favorite nationally branded coffee house. *coughs Starbucks coughs* .. No more. The taste, texture & aroma of a Frothy Dog cafe mocha far exceeds that of their competitors.
