Got the spicy chicken. It was decent. Fries could’ve been better. Took a while to get through the line. Prices weren’t awful, but for a $5 chicken sandwich and $2 fries I would’ve hoped for a more memorable experience.

This place just keeps getting worse. Been going to Frugals for 15 years and this place has always been the worst location but now they just lost it. They never remember fry sauce them when you ask for it they only give 2 when you ordered 3 meals and the fry sauce is HALF FULL, so we basically got 1 fry sauce and the burgers aren’t even hot. AND on top of all that they didn’t have co2 for soda.

The long lines for this place are there for a reason and worth the wait! As your waiting to order you can smell the deliciousness in the air! If you have more than one person in your car you can use the left lane to order on the passenger side. Great shakes of the month and fry sauce! Duh! Bravo and well done Frugals! We both got the bacon cheeseburger combos and we forgot to say no pickles, and lettuce. Don’t like when the lettuce gets wilted and soggy. He told me to try the cheese curds and got 2 orders of it. Those were so dang good! Especially fresh when you first get them. So get one for the drive. There was no line so it was fast and the guy at the window was nice, good customer service. Burger was alright, basic bacon cheeseburger with shredded lettuce, pickles, onion, and sauce.

I know it’s an older establishment, but being called “Frugal’s”, you’d think you don’t need to pay $.35 every single time you want a condiment, not to mention every time I’ve needed extras (larger orders) – the Staff CONSTANTLY forgets. I know this is silly to write but it can be condiments one second and a whole side or drink next. Don’t repeat back an order if you can’t remember it 5 seconds later – sincerely, a former waitress.

Good burgers to be had here. The line can take a minute. Comparable to Wendy’s so up to 30 min sometimes. Milk shakes seem to be missing either the milk or the shake I’m not sure which but they leave much to be desired despite such delicious sounding flavors. Atmosphere is a parking lot in a not particularly fun part of town but the burger can be worth it.
