Well what didn’t go wrong: they sat us at 2 tables together that wobbled. We had to all put our feet on the legs of the tables to eat. The waitress (Kimberly) was in such a hurry that she did not take our youngest son’s order. I had to hunt her down to put in his taco order — and it wasn’t right! (beef instead of chicken). Through all of this no apologies were made. She was so rude and just like the other reviewer said – practically threw the food at us. We had to go request our refills of drinks at the kitchen door. Then the worst was the chip server spilled my husband’s salsa all over his shirt and shorts. The entire salsa cup. There were CHUNKS of salsa all over his outfit. She actually apologized. BUT his meal should have been comped. To top it off — we had 3 adults and 2 kids under ten for lunch. She added her tip on because she said 5 people or more had a policy of that. We have been to Fuego’s MANY times with 5 people or more. This was the ONLY time this automatic tip was included. The server knew she had done a TERRIBLE job and wanted to make sure she got $14 tip for a $78 bill. This was for lunch! No more lunch specials. No more kids specials. We will not go back! It’s a shame that people can ruin a good meal. Sad because there is nothing else in Marble Hill.

A typical Mexican fare restaurant that is super convenient. Friendly staff and clean facilities are a plus. Outdoor patio with live music during the weekends with nice weather is entertaining.

5 of us stopped in for a late lunch. The positive was the guacamole and the server we had before the shift change. Our server, Kimberly, might as well have thrown our meals from the kitchen. Not sure what the hurry was but she spent no time checking on us. I politely asked to see the menu because I either ordered the incorrect meal or was given the wrong meal. She quickly said it was correct and dashed away. My order was made wrong and she said she would credit it but never asked if I wanted anything else. Well she credited my sister’s bill but not mine. Out of 5 of us only 1 person liked their meal. No need to ever go back, we should have all just walked out when our meals came and were either wrong, not as described on menu or bad.

The only reason we go here is because there’s no other options. The waitress is by far the WORST! Always getting orders wrong, on her phone while taking orders or delivering them to the table. She is rude and I’m sure if she wasn’t related to the owner they would probably fire her! Everyone in the area knows her by: “the horrible waitress at Fuego”!

Amazingly good place that we visited after Gibbs Gardens. The service was attentive. The chips were fresh, and the salsa was delicious with a touch of heat. The beer was cold, but the Margarita was good, but not great. We all enjoyed our meals, including the house special chicken burritos, stuffed poblano, and enchiladas verde. Well worth the stop if you are in the area.

When this restaurant opened it was really good i have tried multiple times with in the past year to have a decent meal I understand some days are just going to be bad but today really topped it off I ordered over a hundred dollars in food togo 114.95 to be exact and it was horrible they forgot one whole meal and the tortillas didn’t realize until i was home had to go back and get it when i finally got back home my husband’s and kids food wasn’t seasoned and over cooked on all the fajitas and the refried beans weren’t good they where soupy no thickness to them at all and my food the one forgotten the chicken wasn’t fully cooked it was still pink and chewy luckily i realized this on the first bite i guess they were trying to cook it fast because i didn’t receive it the first time but either way i will not be going back the mexican restaurant in ballground is the best option for anyone who what a good meal and they have more options as well i ate there on feb 8 and it was amazing and we were a party of 20 and the bill was 310 with a 50 tip and my party tonight was 5 people and paid 114.95 with a 10 tip huge price difference and way better food

Service wasn’t the best. Only checked on us a handful of times. One order came out wrong & the queso was brought out cold, we asked for it to be heated up & i’m positive it was tossed in the microwave for a few seconds. Food was actually really good. If the server would have been more attentative & got the order right we would have had a wonderful experience.

I love that this place is close to home, but I love the food quality, the fun atmosphere, and the service is always great! Miss Amanda is our favorite, but the entire staff is friendly and attentive! Even my 4 year old asks to come here almost daily!

We’ve eaten here once before… The service was good that time and the food is what you’d expect, basic Mexican… This time we stopped on a Saturday afternoon for lunch… The day was nice and I assume most people were sitting outside – there were 3 or 4 tables sat… We waited for 15 minutes with no one approaching us… There appeared to be 2 servers on duty… The one who sat us took the order of the table next to us, glanced at us, said nothing and we left still were waiting… The other server passed us a few times but also did not acknowledge us… We finally asked the sweet lady who brought chips to the table and she let server 2 know… He walked past us, grabbbed the card from a table finishing, mumbled something under his breath, waved his hand dismissively towards us and kept walking…. That’s when we left… A simple “I’ll be right with you” could have helped… It’s sad for an area that has limited options to have such a poor experience…
